Couple of custom casters I think would be fun. Arachne makes a fun caster because of magic item creation plus GIANT SPIDER FORM Noble Phantasm. For Richelieu, you could go a variety of routes, including Sacraments. When I used him for a game, I gave him "Ultima Ratio Regio" a massive artillery barrage NP, as he referred to cannons as "the last argument of kings".

the first thing he will do is throw a knife at Taylor's feet and instruct her to kill a thousand people and it will be glorious! Or he turns her into a guy either way it will be fun.

He's a bit of a troll, but on a serious note he's an interesting character. His viewpoints on humanity vs individual humans as a whole is fascinating, and I just love him. Also a supremely skilled magus that prefers to smack things with a holy sword because it's easier is just great. And illusions are fun.

The Renaissance Man is well... a true Universal Genius. I feel like why this is useful is pretty obvious.

Hans is amazing. The best. Weak as all hell, but man is his insight into humans unmatched, and his personality is a riot.

Remember folks, Tamamo has nigh absolute loyalty and love for her master, she's what Taylor needs emotionally, and she has plenty to teach. Taylor could racechange to kitsune, and fluffy tails are the best.

Leonardo, meanwhile, is just plain nice, and would teach her as her pupil. Right now Taylor doesn't really have an authority figure she can trust, let alone a decent educator, and she has both in spades. Merlin is too whimsical, womanizing, opaque with his motivations, and manipulative to jive with post-locker Taylor well, especially since he tends to prioritize the human order, over individual happiness. Remember, he's the dickwizard.

Plus, you know, Leonardo is top-tier for techbuilding. Taylor can surrepticiously go full magitech, under the cover of tinkertech. Her skills are a good foundation to do pretty much anything.

I like her appearance and has plenty of experience training others taylor could use a good mentor and possible mother figure

Added another couple fun ones. I had Pope Joan as a Rider riding the Beast of Revelations, but her possibly-real-in-Nasuverse backstory is pretty cool, especially with the Nasuverse's church. And Tituba is almost certainly an Innocent Monster, but maybe a fun character for all that.

they are all interesting choices but I love Merlin's design and personality of a somewhat goofy person that when the situation calls for it puts the big pants on and Da Vinci is like someone said before very friendly so she will probably end up influencing in Taylor as a person and in her mental health in a more positive way than the very frustrating to deal with Merlin but I can't help it.

But Merlin cares more about the human order than single individuals. I can just see the dickwizard turning Taylor into a martyr, or Artoria v2, and we all know how well that went for her. I mean, he's a failure of a mentor for Artoria in many different ways, fundamentally. Leonardo is far more likely to actually help Taylor as a person, treating her as a student in a manner likely remniscent of Annette, her skills are helpful no matter what Taylor chooses to do afterward, and with Inherent Wisdom, she can teach Taylor basically anything past her natural strengths. We have to get it, especially if Taylor can get Pioneer of the Stars (EX), which is fatebreaking, a super useful in a world rife with precogs, especially precogs that can work around blank spots (Contessa), and Ziz, where diablos ex machinas are more than a meme. Pretty much no one has that skill, let alone at EX.

Plus, Merlin is a prankster that would fuck with or manipulate Taylor, and this is a Taylor fresh off from bullying right after being lockered. It's a doubleplusungood idea to put them together right now.

Yeah I know but a man can dream, but I do agree that for now (or more likely forever) Merlin is not a very good option and Da Vinci does provide in the long run better stuff for Taylor and the servants, we need to remember only one can be active at a time and Da Vinci's technology would help us fill rolls the active servant can't, as well as letting Taylor fight safely if we go that route.
