So we've got fists and now head. It is time to require body or legs.
Also, are our grout stomachs even alive?
 
Should we maybe see if we can spend Granules to upgrade our normal stomachs to Iron Stomachs as well? Maybe build more cookers and noodle-arms to increase dirt-cake production? More Pawns would probably be a good idea as well.

[X] If one of the Stomachs finishes digesting, see if we can push 200 Granules into it to transform it into an Iron Stomach.
[X] If cost permits, create a new Loam Cook and Noodle Arm to help in the processing of dirt into cakes. Send the Dirt Cook down the right tunnel, and the noodle arm down the left tunnel to get started preemptively.

Should we start digging upwards and downwards at some point? Not sure how feel about building staircases in general when most of minions don't have feet.

More seriously, we should make some kinda detecting minion who can sense things through earth to see if we can't plan proper paths in general to dig through.

Could we at some point fashion a elevator or something? A simple pully system with a moving platform to solve that issue
 
Actually, 'Platform, Moving' sounds like a pretty straitforward upgrade to our currently known 'Platform' construct. So moving platform based elevators shouldn't be too hard, though likely somewhat expensive to do too many.

I thinking making a decent elevator would require us to subsume any shaft first so we can freely move platforms up and down them without cost.

How about making a kind of minion and some rope and stuff so it can operate independently? That shouldnt be too hard, yeah? Just something to pull/release the rope to move the platform up and down

We could merge several noodle arms together to create a creature that can climb up and down the shaft like a monkey. Give it some sort of container to haul things around in.

I do think that we should make more pawns to start digging two tunnels at the same time. It would increase our Granule production and we could experiment with them. Mabey give then shovels, augers, or drills.

Hasn't been pressing need for it yet but if talks with Daito go well, ideally recruiting them, we should make a room around them for them to call their own. Maybe give it kinda lesser domain over it after subsumed so can shift around to their liking.

Do think recruiting minions is something we should do lots of if possible.

I feel like when we start doing different tunnels in the corridors, we will suddenly get bird view of our surroundings.

We gotta be careful with that, we could hurt our minions. On the other hand though that's a hell of a defense if we time it right should we ever get invaded.
