STAR WARS

A Mandalorian Wars Roleplay
MANDO VERDA

The Great Sith War has been over for 32 years, and the Mandalorian Wars have truly begun. Led by Mandalore the Ultimate, the Mandalorian Clans have united and, after a large series of early raids on Outer Rim worlds, the Neo-Crusaders have began their assault on the planet Vanquo, hoping to take it and progress to the Eucumopolis of Taris.

The Republic has established a defensive perimeter around Taris, a cordon that they hope to keep the Mandalorians at bay. This cordon includes Vanquo, and Mandalore will benefit both from its strategic location and its rich resources. With its Jedi protectors refusing to get involved, the Republic is weak and will fall before the might of the Mando'ade!

You are a Mandalorian Knight, a Force Adept that has trained and developed your powers in a similar manner to the Jedi of the Republic, but remaining devoted to your Aliit--Clan. Now, you 5 have became the Neo-Crusader movement's premier Knights, serving on Mandalore the Ultimate's round table council.

So yeah, long story short, you are basically the Knights of the Round Table, but Mandalorian. This won't be a council RP, however, because we Mando'ade don't have time for those, eh, Ner Vode?

Mandalorians don't use lightsabers, usually, and, in addition, usually lack knowledge of the forms. They more tend to focus on the use of Vibroblades and stuff.

There will be a total of 5 characters in the RP, as decided by me on Saturday or Sunday.

Other than that, follow the Resol'nare, and have fun!

Ayrish Cadera (Earth Imp)
Name: Ayrish Cadera

Clan: Cadera

Species: Human(Mandalorian)

Appearance:

Backstory:
Ayrish is the daughter of Kiral Cadera and little sister of Ailam. Due to an inborn illness, a genetic disease, Ailam was weak physically and so he could not inherit the throne by normal means, so he was given to some side-branches of the Clan by Kiral to take care of him while he focused completely on the future of his daughter as an heir of the clan. She was raised as a simple apprentice at the age of five in which she successfully awakened the Force. Although her father could tell she would grow up to be a beauty, he told his son to guide her like she was his clan chief, not his sister. He decides to keep to his father's wishes and treated her in that manner.

Their relationship did not diminish from the truth, and they still felt they were true siblings from Ayrish's perspective at least. Ailam acted as her trusted attendant, handling the paperwork that would come from maintaining their weapons and keeping their provisions for the clan. She trained with both her father and another old instructor in the ways of combat and the ways of being a Mandalorian Knight. They often trained with training lightsabers, and although Ayrish had superior strength to her father who was growing old, she never once defeated her father. Despite Ayrish always having been victorious in combat, they always argued while they fought, and due to Ailam's intervention with his own arguments on the best way to fight, she always felt like she had lost both against him and her father.

One notable incident in their childhood for Ayrish occurred during a rainy day while Ailam was sick and their father had to leave, so only Ayrish was available to tend to her brother. She told him "It would be troublesome for me if you were to die now", she promised to do anything he requested in exchange for getting well quickly. She was very persistent in having him request something, so he said he wanted to become a true Mandalorian like his father had expected him to be, he wanted to be cured of his genetic illness that he was cursed with. Ayrish couldn't fulfil such a wish and she had bluntly told him so. Ailam was visibly disappointed but he hadn't expected much in the first place, Ayrish still did promise him to find a way to cure him.

He was not there to witness her ascension as the clan chief after the death of their father, but felt no need to warn her off her course due to his indignation toward the situation for she who "had everything since she was born". Afterwards while mastering the various Mandolarian martial arts. She and her clansmen had gone through various adventures while training. Eventually calling herself the rightful Chief of Cadera. She established her base and eventually fought eleven duels to those who dared to challenge her claim as clan chief.

Before the Battle of Althir, Ayrish dubiously suspected that Ailam was preparing troops for an uprising when several of her trusted kinsmen had made such allusions, she couldn't quite believe such words as they may be only a way to create internal issues but she couldn't quite dismiss it casually. Those concerns were put to the side during and after the battle, there were much more important things to worry about than her brother possibly planning to take over the clan.

Pretty much, although there are things that are probably worth mentioning that I didn't include in the OP (but will edit in soon). Mandalorian Knights typically don't have lightsabers, instead using Vibroblades and the like. They also don't have as much of a lightsaber combat tradition for obvious reasons, and thus don't really use the Forms.
literally disgusting
I mean, sure, the whole metaphysics of the Force being as it is, but eh, no matter.

This was just as the Mandalorian Knights were formed right? They wouldn't be developing a new style and using a different weapon just yet.
We're supposed to come from the clans and generally, force users always have lightsabers because it is so much better than any other alternative.

And additionally, this. We were trained in a similar manner in that of the Jedi. The Forms are universally widely spread. Sorry but this is contradicting yourself a bit.

If you have some other reasons we're not aware of since you're a GM, then I'm going to edit my sheet.

Liszen Klast (Adam from Heroes)
Name: Liszen

Clan : Klast - A relatively large and diverse clan, known for being less discriminating (in both positive and negative senses) with regard to accepting new members. As a result it tends to be forward-looking and innovative, which gets results but also gets it viewed with suspicion by more traditional-minded clans.

Species : Human

Appearance:

Backstory: Liszen isn't her real name, of course; nobody left alive knows that. She came to the Klast clan some years ago, a young woman with a blade and a glint in her eye, pledging to follow the Six Actions till death and beyond. Skilled and knowledgeable beyond her years, she would obviously be an asset to the clan, and after a gruelling set of trials she was accepted amongst them, her past set aside as irrelevant.
Which it isn't, of course. Liszen is actually a survivor of the Mecrosa Order, a group of assassins that had served House Mercetti of the Tapani Sector. They were wiped out by the Jedi because of their rumoured association with the Sith during the Cleansing of the Nine Houses. Liszen had been an apprentice at the time, and barely escaped the slaughter with her life and a relic sword. She vowed revenge on the Jedi for their merciless wiping out of the only life she knew, and while drifting along in the Galaxy came to the conclusion that the Mandalorians were the force most likely to be able to defeat the Jedi within her lifetime. She made her choice.

Skills:
Stealth
Deception
Information retrieval
Melee combat (sp. Sith sword)
Sniping
Poison use

Force Abilities:
Mind Trick
Force Stealth
Force Weapon

They haven't really gained access to lightsabers necessarily. Those require Kyber Crystals and the Knights weren't formed until after the Great Sith Wars, so they don't know how to Synthesize the Crystals. On the other hand, they already have things like Vibroblades and the like, in addition to combat traditions for them. The comment about "similar to the Jedi" was more of a statement of a formalized and existing training.

To my knowledge, Mandalorians have accepted pretty much anyone into the clans once they started involving non-Taung species, so long as they followed the Resol'nare. Other than that, this is good.

Ryben Yordha (Dar'Manda)
Name: Ryben Yordha

Clan: Yordha (A medium sized clan known for its guarded acceptance of newcomers and ritualistic infighting in both physical and mental arenas. This is meant as a method of choosing their leaders from the best possible stock as possible. Memebers of this clan are taught to use every means to defeat their opponents but to also respect them after their defeat.)

Species: Human - Mandalorian

Appearance:
Backstory:
Ryben Yordha was born into clan Yordha and quickly grew into an able fighter and a decent enough medic when the situation called for it. However, while intelligent enough to understand abnd treat most medical issues, he was also an exceedingly blunt and forward individual, often stating his opinions with less remorse than most of his kin. He was planning on entering himself into the rituals of succession when the war against the inner rim world was called and joined this new crusade. He went through advanced training and engendered a reasonably good battle record and renown with his use of heavy blaster pistols. It was during this time, that he was found to be force sensitive and became a part of the knights of Mandalore.

He would begin study the force and develop and strange ideology towards it. The Jedi espoused the ideology of emotional austerity and there historical counterparts espoused the opposite. He saw that as basically sobriety vs addiction and treated his lessons with a far more pragmatic viewpoint. There is strength and weakness, nothing else inbetween. He began to develop skill with force healing and even discovered methods of enhancing his own capabilities through the force.

Skills:
Mastery of Vibrosword combat
Mastery of Combat/Field Medicine
Proficiency with Heavy Blaster Pistols

Force Abilities:
Force Body
Force Bellow
Force Healing
Force Sense

Llamogg Koggot (The Chick)
And I become the first one to use a Non-Human Mandalorian.

Name: Llamogg

Clan: Koggot, a Clan majorly focused in supporting their Allies, clan Koggot is majorly made up of Weaponsmiths, Mechanics, Pilots, and the Rare Veterinarian to take care of War beasts, the Koggots have learned that sometimes a Mechanic is more useful than a Hundred soldiers, they are also one of the Clans that tend to adopt anyone with talent and a willingness to live by the Resol'nare.

Species: Nautolan

Appearance:
Llamogg's Beskar'gam is one of the new Neo-crusader armors designed by Cassus Fett, but because of his Attitude and general boredom, Llamogg decided to alter the Armor in different ways, Painting it Grey with Gold and Sky blue accents, changing the Shoulder-guards for the ones that belonged to the Crusader Armor of the Man that adopted him into the Koggot clan, adding weapons like a pair of Grappling hooks in each arm, a Mini-flamethrower in the right one and a hidden blade on the left one. and finally discarding the Original helmet for his own creation, a Deep black helmet made out of Beskar Iron, something that costed a small fortune both in credits and in Favours, the helmet having a thermal vision and being designed in such a way that Llamogg's feeler tendrils are left out hanging like hair, making him look like a Creature from Mandalorian myths that steals the heads of the mightiest warriors
Just imagine the red part being Sky blue

Backstory: Born in a Backwater Planet in the Outer Rim Territories, the Orphan known as Noname, lived the Hard life of the street rat, stealing from those that failed to pay attention to their wallets or wares and using his Tendrils to know where trouble was coming from. it was not a Good life but it was better than being a slave. Of course, all of that changed when a Mandalorian ship landed on the planet to get supplies.

While many people were terrified of the Mandalorians and their fearsome reputation, Noname being an Uneducated Street rat simply saw them as another Bounty Hunter group that though themselves as the biggest thing in the galaxy and that no one would steal from them, something he was going to prove them wrong.

He was caught while trying to steal the Captain's Wallet after pickpocketing the entire crew. But instead of getting a quick death or getting his hand cut off, he received the Captain's laughter and a Punch to the eye. in Reality, the Captain had known that Noname was the one stealing from his crew, and was planning on using him as a lesson to always pay attention even when outside of battle, until he realized that Llamogg was unknowingly using the force to stop his victims from paying him attention.

With that information, the captain gave him two options, to either join them and become a Mandalorian or to get a painless death before he could become a threat.

While not much of a Smart lad, Noname knew which was the right decision and upon that day, Noname the Orphan became Llamogg Koggot

After officially becoming a Koggot and living with the Clan for enough time to make sure that he would not run away the moment they left him alone with a ship, Llamogg was taught how to fight, how to take care of his weapons and armor, how to pilot small ships, and how to repair Machines, simple and basic knowledge that any good Koggot should know.

But even as a Mandalorian, Llamogg is still a little shit that likes messing with stupid people.

Skills:
Melee combat (Mw: dual short Vibroblades)
Streetwise
Piloting - Planetary
Piloting - Space
Mechanics

Force Abilities:
Force speed.
Force stealth
Shatterpoint
Force Sense
Mind Trick
Telekinesis.

I hope I get in

He witnessed the forms of lightsaber combat and leaned towards to the power and speed of Juyo more its strength. When he completed his training, he recieved a Bronze colored saber.

Mastery of Form I and VII (Shii Cho and Juyo)

*Chuckles*
I can see why TheCompiler likes this.

Name: Thog

Age:39

Clan: Stas A clan known for their close combat abilities and contradictorily their skill in ship battles. This clan has left the comfort living on a world behind and travel the space lanes as nomads and conquers. Searching for worthy prey, Clan Stas ships preferred to disable opponents and board them for glorious battle. The clan joined Exar Kun in the Great Sith War and lost many men and ships in the battles. As a result of this, the clan was forced to loosen its regulations. The clan now allows all who proved a good fight and survived the conquest of their ships a chance to join the clan. This practice has restored the clans numbers and made them quite wealthy from the sale of ships on the black market. The clan has only one stationary asset, a deep space asteroid base and shipyard.

Species: Human

Appearance : personal appearance under armor unknown at the moment, armor is like second picture, weapons like first picture,

Backstory: Thog was just a child of the clan when one of Exar Kun's apprentices found his connection with the force. Taken away to be trained in the ways of the Sith, he was only able to learn a few abilities before the end of the war and his master killed. Luckily, Thog was gifted with great talent in energy manipulation. He could channel energy from the force and other sources, including absorbing and deflecting blaster bolts, to strengthen his young body.

This helped greatly when he was picked up from the Sith base by the republic. After the transport he was on entered space, he was able to steal the blaster off one of the guards before starting a slaughter. In the end, Thog returned to Clan Stas' base with a small transport full Sith artifacts including some light sabers and a book on alchemy. Thog only grew stronger from there. Using the knowledge in the book, he was able to turn his armor into a focus for his deflection and absorption powers making it almost impossible for blasters to harm him.

Thog prefers using the dual blasters he acquired capturing the republic transport. The blasters have been strengthened using Sith alchemy and the blood of those he has killed, improving the power and durability of each. Unfortunately, in boarding actions, CQC is all to common. Here, he uses one of the lightsabers from the Sith base he was found in, but he only knows a few basic forms.

Thog has married twice. Once to his childhood friend who died in childbirth, and the other to a freed Twi'lek slave who killed her Hutt master when Thog attacked the Hutts yacht. Thog is three children, one son and daughter from his current wife, Aeyud'rodu.

Thog's eldest, Nort, works as Thog's second in command and has born the brunt of Thog's Sith training. Nort is not as talented as his father, but has more time to devote to training and is nearing his father in skill.

Skills:
Duel wield pistols
Basic light saber combat
Ship Board Fighting
Piloting

Force Abilities:
Force Body
Force Aborb
Force Deflection
Force Sense
Sigh Alchemy

Is my sheet Okay? should I edit something?
Aside from adding a description of your Beskar'gam? No.
I made him 7 at the end of the war so he is 39 now, also added some kids and wives, sith family, lets see how it works out with mandalorian family values
When I think about it, there is another thing that should be considered: your armor style is far too far removed from the Neo-Crusader Era.

Use second picture for main style, colors and symbols from first

Also I just looked over the group we have so far, it's a good mix, no real overlap, you know except for the whole super skilled fighters thing
