Limitless [Dead]

[X] Name: George Joachim
[X] Gender: Male
[X] The third orb. Transformation. The best in my opinion, but also the most difficult to figure out how to use.

GeoJo's Bizarre Adventure!

[X] Name: Cyrus Karasik
[X] Gender: Male
[X] The second orb.

Out of curiosity, is this orb just teleportation (not that there's anything just about it), or is it also time travel?

Votes will be closing in 5 hours. Do you guys want me to count each section individually or each vote as a whole?

[X] The Third Orb

Which if any of the non-Armstrong names suggested are original?

I have no idea. :V

Honestly, I'd prefer an original name, but it's up to you guys.

Also, after votes close tonight, you'll have another hour or two to change your name vote, depending on which gender wins.

Votes are closed, let me count them...

Winning Vote

[X] Cyrus Karasik

Just barely won out over Alex Louis Armstrong with 7 to 6.

Also, created a character sheet. Kind of barren now, but stuff will be added as time goes on.

You stare up at a ceiling. It's not a particularly nice ceiling. The white paint is starting to peel around the cracks in the wood, and cobwebs dangle down. You're not sure, but you think you see a spider crawl out of one of the cracks and into another.

You try to recall your dream. It was definitely strange; that much you know for sure. You think there was some sort of… scientist, maybe? No - it wasn't a scientist, but there was someone wearing a white coat. They'd given you something, something that you didn't really understand. You think it was something round, like a ball maybe. Though, you're sure it was more than that.

You close your eyes and try to concentrate. After lying still for several moments, you think you begin to feel something. It's an odd sensation; it presses on the back of your mind, but for some reason it doesn't give you a feeling of discomfort. Instead, you feel a certain warmth inside you. You focus on that feeling, reaching out to it with your mind. However, nothing happens. After trying for several minutes to grasp the feeling, you stop.

You look up at the ceiling some more.

*BEEP BEEP BEEP BEEP BE—*

An alarm clock slams into the wall and falls to the floor with a bang. You realize that in your sudden panic at the sound of the alarm, you'd risen from lying and are now crouching on the bed, the sheet that had been covering you twisted around your feet. You carefully get off the bed and stand on the floor.

The alarm had been on a wooden dresser before you'd hit it. You realize that you're only wearing your underclothes, and decide to take a look inside. The first drawer has several pairs of thick socks and some more underclothes. The second one has five shirts and two pairs of pants. The shirts are all the same design, but each is a different color; black, white, gray, red, and blue. The jeans are both blue as well, though one is darker than the other. You take take a pair of socks, a shirt, and a pair of jeans and put them on.

You turn and look opposite the bed, where the room's door is. A hoodie is hanging from the door knob. The room is slightly cold, so you grab the jacket and put it on. You grab the door knob, but you then you hear footsteps outside, slowly getting louder. You think you hear someone mumbling to themselves.

[ ] Open the door.
[ ] Quick! Barricade the door with the dresser.
[ ] Wait and see if anyone comes in.
-- [ ] Hide next to the door.
-- [ ] Stay in the middle of the room.
[ ] Write-in
