Did not see anything about a flail...

Don't worry, I'll get to you in the next post.

@LinkOnScepter
Is it too late for me to join? And if i can, would Crescent Rose be too unreasonable?

Not at all. Just try to keep with the High Fantasy Theme. I allowed the Sword/Gun Pair, as I consider it a duel wield weapon, while the Yo-Yo and stick...why the fuck not?

Thank you. Always good to get feedback.

What amuses me here is how so many legendary weapons are all in one place.

Like, there are fifteen or so ancient weapons, of all types imaginable, including a bunch of great-swords, in a random village.

Must be one important-ass village.

The village is right next to a graveyard filled with the people who once wielded you guys. They all came from here, and figured they'd leave something behind if the town was ever in trouble.

Or if someone from the town was looking for a source of power to murder everyone in it with.

The place has gone through a lot.

[X] (Chakram) Exude an Aura of Never Being Lost.

Changing my vote.

[X] Emit an aura of grim lawfulness. If these people are raiders (signs point that way), then it'll read as rather malicious. If they're citizens trying to fight off raiders, then it will read as powerful and helpful.

I'm a bloody hand-and-a-half bastard sword.

Okay... I put some thought into this so it's... longer than most... maybe too long... :/ The short form is it's a sniper rifle, but crafted using enchantments to make the rifle fire and the scope see rather than using advanced electronics and gunpowder... Also, it can accept and fire pretty much any round that fits the 'firing' chamber, and then the enchantments in the chamber cause the 'affinity' of the bullet to become even stronger... so putting something that causes fire in there means the round fired becomes a 'fire affinity' round... which usually means it explodes in a fireball on impact, etc, etc. Also enchanted to be hidden from all but the most rigorous searches, both magical and mundane... because it's frankly an assassin's rifle, built to find a target that can't be put down any other way, and ensuring it's not getting up again... which means being able to sneak it around is a good thing.

[X] Ranged
-[X] A Sniper Rifle, created using some of the greatest enchantments possible, that can fire practically anything, provided it is the right shape, with the material making up the 'bullet' affecting the damage the round does upon impact. A bullet containing an acid? Will dissolve the surrounding area. An incendiary gel in a ceramic round? A fireball that sticks and burns even more than it would otherwise. A silver or cold iron bullet? Pray you aren't a magical entity vulnerable to silver or cold iron, because it will be an even more painful, though quicker death. All attacks also deal damage of both a 'physical' and 'magical' nature, combined. And due to the magic imbued in the weapon, it is almost soundless, with no muzzle flash, an integrated optical scope enchanted with the ability to scry anything within within line of sight of the rifle, with the angle from aimed from the muzzle, and it is hidden from all but the most detailed searches, mundane and magical. It is the weapon of an assassin, good or evil, holy or unholy, for order or chaos, it does not matter. Only that those who believe themselves safe, or immortal die once this weapon is taken up.
[X] Let's ponder some things.

[X] Emit an Aura, neither good nor evil, just one that suggests that any who wield this weapon must be willing to fight from the shadows those who others can't, and slay them. An aura of Endings, and lives taken. Of Shadows, and flashes in the dark.

If the weapon is too much, I just want a Sniper Rifle and scope, built in a high fantasy style, that can be hidden from those the wielder doesn't want to see it.

Thinking of being a multi sword in one greatsword or a sealed order type blade and chaos

Cool.

[X] A two-handed axe crafted from a single large bone.

[X] Do nothing, they'll probably grab you soon enough.
-[X] The worthy will see my value.

If you're Ok with it being clockwork, then it's fine. Also, you don't need to add in all of the Fluff just yet. the exact powers of the weapons will be shown in the next update, after I get all the new weapons accounted for.

[X] Melee
-[X] An unassuming, if large, pair of interconnected wagon wheels
[X] Think about DEVOURING THE SOULS OF MY VICTIMS

[X] Transform into your active state, unleashing a single short, ominous, and foreboding sound, almost like a scream of agony combined with a wail of sorrow and a yell of rage.

I don't really care how it's made, or what it looks like. Only that it is an actual Sniper Rifle, one that an Assassin would be happy to have.

[X] Melee
-[X] A Swiss Pike

What makes it Swiss?

[X] The Blood….Must...FLOW!

Swiss mercenaries were not nice people.

[X] Eminate the wrath of a THOUSAND UNPAID MERCENARIES!

They were also very well paid. My reference (so it's not formal! Still awesome!)

Hey guys, bad news.

So, I broke the LEDs in my laptop.

I'm currently having it diagnosed and then it will be fixed after I pay for the parts.

In case you are wondering how I am writing this, I'm using my brother's laptop. He's not home right now.

So, some of the updates are gonna be kind of slow. They will come though, don't worry.

Bone Reaper gets rekt
In a frenzy, many of the youths didn't really bother to even look at what they were grabbing. They just saw a weapon and picked it up.

Many of them were surprised, as their weapons shook in their hands, but they soon found themselves enraptured by some form of excitement.

Others were overcome by a feeling of fear or reassurement from theirs. One even fell to the ground, wailing about how he didn't get paid for his work.

Others were slightly disappointed. Their weapons didn't seem to do anything. This irritated a few, causing them to shake their weapons in frustration to no avail.

One of the new wielders jumped in astonishment when the great sword he had picked up began to speak to him. He had heard the stories, but had never imagined that they were true! "Well—I—Em—"

His thoughts and many others, were brought to an abrupt halt as the breaking of wood echoed throughout the tiny hut. Wooden shavings and splinters fell all over the occupants, yet somehow the weapons didn't get a speck of dirt on them.

The person who picked up the stick almost lost it in her attempt to find cover from the debris.

The roof of the hut, along with the entire front half, had been removed by the hand of a massive Bone Reaper, its spectral robes listing in the morning air. Riding on top of it was a man in jet black robes, a hood covering his face. In his hands he held a tall, black crystal staff that pulsed with power.

Behind him stood an entire battalion of armored skeletal soldiers. They all carried great weapons, that glinted almost as blood red as their armor in the rising sun. While they were undead, their eyes shone with an intelligence the likes of which only wizened warriors had.

The Necromancer spoke, his voice a mere whisper in the wind, "My master was hoping...to save those arms...for his experiments. No matter. I will merely…remove them from you. Now...prepare...to...die."

The Bone Reaper raised its immense scythe, as the Necromancer swept out right arm.

The staff and scythe came down in a horizontal slash.

Then the scythe was stopped in its tracks by the two shield wielders.

The man who brandished the regular shield, smiled and screamed out, "From the Ghastly Eyrie I can see to the ends of the world, and from this vantage point I declare with utter certainty that this one is in the bag!" as they both heaved upward, deflecting the scythe into the air.

A crack of gunfire, and whistle of an arrow sang into the air, and both of the Reapers arms flew off in random directions.

The final nail in the coffin came when the owner of a flail jumped off of the tower shield, kicked the Necromancer off of his perch, and proceeded to strangle the Bone Reaper to death with the metal chain on his weapon.

Yes, the universe is aware that the undead don't need to breathe.

That isn't stopping the Flail and its wielder though!

The Necromancer floated up from the ground, only slightly surprised. He was undead. He did not feel fear. This is merely a minor setback. He was sure that he could salvage this before his master appeared.

At least until he turned around and saw his Skeletal Knights being butchered by the newly made warriors.

While the Necromancer knew that the weapons were Legendary, he had not heard of their power or the power that they bestowed upon their wielders.

Those that emitted an aura of some kind gave their wielders…
[] Power over the elements. Fire, Wind, Water. All were theirs to use as they pleased.

[] Power over their own blood. They could use their very life essence to form other weapons to wreak havoc. While still inferior to the main weapon, it proved to be very effective in a fight.

[] Power over their spirit. Be it physical or supernatural, nothing was safe from this weapon's attack.

[] Write in...

Those that used movement took a different approach..
[] They would lead their wielders into the thick of battle, and just start chopping away.

[] They would hold their wielder back, only going after key targets. Undead that seemed a bit smarter than the others, or commanders that were separated from their troops.

[] They would remain on the defensive, only attacking when it was absolutely necessary. They didn't get many kills, but they came out with the fewest of injuries.

[] Write in...

Those that did nothing(or fell to sleep) only gave them:
[] A weapon. You were still legendary, but you had no special powers of your own.

[] A challenge. You would be their weapon, but they would have to prove their worth over time.

[] Nothing. Absolutely nothing. Good luck champ!

[] Write in…

(While I am allowing write ins, please do not go overboard with the powers. Sorry if it seems kind of limiting, but it makes it a bit easier to keep up with everyone. To be honest, I didn't expect this many people to join the Quest!)

Here's the new update~!

Here we go~!

The Scythe with the bloodlust:
[X] Power over their own blood. They could use their very life essence to form other weapons to wreak havoc. While still inferior to the main weapon, it proved to be very effective in a fight.
