"So please... Help us fight against the great evil!"

Hikaru Ryuuichi stared at the full armored knight in front of him, he really do want to help but he is just a normal college student a few moment ago.

"I'm sorry Mr. Knight, I do want to help you but I'm just an ordinary person I can't even wield a spoon to save my life let alone sword." Hikaru said nervously, it was true he was just a normal black haired, black eyed tokyo university student that barely scraping on keeping his grade among hundreds of prodigy.

"But! But my deceased grandfather said that the spell will summon the great warrior of love with the sword that could slay the evil dragon!" The knight said desperately. "There is no way the spell would failed." Even if Hikaru could not see his face he knew that the knight was really desperate...

"Wait!" Hikaru walked up to the knight and held him by the shoulder. "Did you say dragon!?"

"Y..yeah?" The knight sound confused for a moment.

"As in giant, scaled, winged, fire breathing dragon!?" Hikaru could not contain the excitement on his voice.

"Yes it is." The knight confirmed.

Hikaru brightened. "Then while I'm not being able to slay it, I may be able to take care of your dragon." Hikaru promised. "Please tell me more about the dragon."

The knight explained to him, the evil dragon Tiamat has taken over the village gold mine, the evil dragon whose wing is said to create typhoon, whose tail caused mountain to crumble and whose breath is as hot as the flame of hell itself.

Even the mightiest warrior in the kingdom did not dare to approach, they could only issue evacuation order and wait until the dragon got bored and left.

"So, can you defeat the dragon?" The knight said.

"I can't." He simply said.

"What!?" The girl in front of him shouted, he found out that the knight in front of him was a girl when she removed her helmet, with long flowing blonde hair and deep blue eyes she was certainly attractive, not that he cares about beautiful girl or anything like that, not when something far more important was already in front of him.

"Relax." He waved his arms. "I say I can defeat it but I think I have a good chance of stopping it, the dragon is a girl right?"

"Right." Erika confirmed.

"Then I think I could stop it." Hikaru said smiling, he could hardly hide his happiness and even if he failed to stop the he dragon he would still die happily. "Please lead me to the dragon nest immediately." Hikaru prompted Erika.

Here they are standing right in front of the massive gold mine, where the evil dragon tiamat lay.

Hikaru glance at Erika for a moment, "If I don't come out within an hour feel free to leave."

Erika nodded.

Hikaru took a deep breath and entered the mine.

It did not took a long time for him to arrive to where the dragon is located, right now he is staring at it in the face and indeed the dragon was terrifying.

He could feel the sweat trickling on his chin, a deep crimson dragon was in front of him, it's wing span may be as wide as truck, it's body was massive if he were to guess he would be only one third of its height standing straight, it's claw resembling a human hand could easily grabbed him and squished him like grape.

But contrasting to its savage appearances the green eyes of dragon spoke of deep wisdom and intelligent, as expected of the species Erika said to be far smarter than human.

The dragon narrowed its eyes; the deep rumbling sound was coming out of his mouth. "Another human that will try to slay me, the evil dragon Tiamat?"

Come on Hikaru, stop trembling. Hikaru bit his own lip to regain his composure. "No." Hikaru shook his head. "I did not come here to do a pitiful attempt at slaying a dragon; I have come for entirely different." He said firmly.

"Oh..." The dragon raised its head, interested. "What then did you come here for? are you trying to negotiate with me? Or do I have taken something precious to you and you want to trade something for it? Let me tell me I have nothing I would have wanted that I could get by myself." The dragon chuckles ironically.

"No, I do not come for any of that, what I desired is..." Hikaru paused.

The dragon looks at him with interest.

"You." Hikaru stated without hesitation.

"What." The dragon said.

Hikaru bowed. "Please, go on a date with me!"

Chapter 1 Part 1
Chapter 1 Part 1

"Date?" The dragon raised its eyebrow showing that she does not know the meaning of the word.

Hikaru lifted his head, his eyes meeting the beautiful crimson dragon emerald colored eyes.

it look like using modern earth term in a medieval world was not a good idea, he really should asked Erika more about this world before jumping it right into the dragon nest, though no one can blame him for jumping straight into a dragon nest it was a dragon nest after all.

"Simply said, I'm attempting to court you." Hikaru said bluntly, there is no use trying to be subtle here. A dragon is in front of him, he will put his all on this.

"What..." The dragon eyes widened maybe because of surprise or disbelief and then a slow rumbling sound was heard.

The crimson dragon scaly lips slowly twitch upward into a smile.

Hikaru thought the smile was cute.

"Haha... hahahahahaha!" The cave shook as the dragon laugh while rolling on the ground, maybe because it was its massive size but the cave seemed to move as the dragon move.

"You're serious?" The dragon wiped the tears from its eyes. "Has human become so desperate that they decided to resort to seduction as a last ditch of effort?" The dragon voice was filled with ridiculed.

"No." Hikaru said firmly, making the dragon look at him. "I do not try to court you under anyone order nor do I try to because I'm trying to save myself." Hikaru walked closer to the dragon, he reached his arms to take a hold of the dragon massive claw. "I do this because I, Hikaru Ryuuichi fall in love at first sight with the crimson dragon Tiamat!" Hikaru declare with certainty. "And I'm sure that it was fate for me to be summoned to this world and for me to meet you, my beloved crimson dragon Tiamat." Hikaru paused for a moment. "I can call you by your name right, Tiamat?"

The dragon dumfounded nodded, Hikaru was happy he could made such progress at a short time.

"So, will you accept my date offers?" Hikaru asked.

"..." Tiamat stared at him for a moment.

"Let me think about it first, can you come back tomorrow?" Tiamat said blankly.

Hikaru resist the urge to cheers and just nodded. "Will do." He turned around and leave the cave while Tiamat stared at his back silently.

Erika was still waiting for him at the entrance of the gold mine resting against the wall of the entrance; she was wearing a grim expression and tense aura surrounding her.

She noticed that Hikaru was coming out of the cave and ran toward him, fidgeting with her finger. "So, have you succeeded in defeating the dragon?" She asked him. "The earthquake was pretty strong, I was worried that the fight you have with the dragon would burry you alive with it." She paused. "But it looked like you did not receive any wound after fighting the dragon, as expected of the chosen being humble about his own magnificent power!" She concluded.

Hikaru smiled innocently, though he could feel a sweat trickle down on the back of his head. "I haven't captured the dragon yet." He really can't say that he just comes in to confess and that the earthquake was caused by Tiamat laughter after all...

"Oh..." Her shoulder dropped, it looks like he did not meet her expectation.

"I will try to come back tomorrow to try again." Hikaru said, after the dragon did not completely reject him so he's still the chance.

"Oh, you will?" Erika brightened up.

"Yeah, by the way can I borrow some money? I have to bring something for tomorrow battle." Not giving your date a gift is a poor dating practice after all.

"Are you going to buy equipment to fight the dragon? If so I can lend you my magical sword, it was one of the strongest on the kingdom." Erika releases the sword on her hips from its sheath.

Hikaru shielded his eyes as the white glow of the sword almost blinded him. "Put it back!" Hikaru said hastily, he could feel burning sensation on his skin, the light from the sword is not just for show, it also emitted heat. It was truly a magical sword.

He died if he just as much touch the handle with his finger.

Erika immediately sheathed her sword. "Sorry." She apologized. "If only you were summoned with your sword as the spell described... but don't worry! I will accompany you to the best blacksmith in the village." She smiled reassuringly.

Hikaru however did not feel assured as he just wants to buy flower bouquet for Tiamat, though one thing perked his curiosity.

"What is this sword are you talking about?" She did say that the summoned hero who was supposed to slay the dragon bring a sword with him.

Erika looked at him with mixed expression. "My grandfather said that the summoned hero and the sword was an inseparable thing, the sword was the ultimate anti-dragon weapon and no dragon won't be able to withstand its power no matter how powerful they are, even if the dragon has skin harder than adamantine, dragon with claw so sharp that could severe mountain in two, dragon whose physical strength is so immense that lifting the entire world is no problem for it and even the dragon whose practically immortal is still no match for it." Erika explained.

Hikaru gulped, how the hell was he supposed to be summoned with such powerful weapon?

"The script said that the sword could only be unleashed when there is nothing stood between the dragon and the hero less the destructive power of the sword may claim collateral..." Erika drawled out, seemingly fantasying about the sword itself. "The legendary sword was called..."

"The Dragon Boner."

I knew it! I knew it! Like Shiro, he is the sword. It's Unlimited Blade Works all over again!

The prophesy said that with the appearance of the hero, the dragon would be fucked. The prophesy was more literal than expected.

Oh god, I love this.

Reminds me of playing DnD back in highschool. It was our first game and it was meant to be a quick throwaway campaign with basic characters because everyone (DM in particular) was new to it. I played a sorcerer. Final stage of the campaign, facing down the dragon. Combat hasn't started yet and I was flat out of spells. I roll to charm. Crit. At the urging of the other players and to the sound of their uproarious laughter, I rolled to seduce. Crit. Do the honourable thing and retire my character, settling down with them and ending the campaign.

Two years and two proper campaigns later, I'm playing my second character for the game, a half-dragon sorcerer called Sarah (yes, my naming skills were top notch). We'd long decided not to look at each other's character sheets (only DM could) because some of us couldn't help but meta game. Part way through the game, we hear rumours that a dragon has moved into a mountain near by. It hasn't done anything yet, but the local lord is still concerned. Team gears up for a big fight. Spells are memorised, swords bought, the bard tunes his guitar.

We climb the mountain, dispatching a few kobold along the way. We get to the cave mouth. From it emerges the dragon, big and menacing. The Paladin steps forward to make his speech - only to be cut off before he could start as Sarah runs forward with a yell of "Daddy!" and hugs the dragon around the neck.

The dragon was the same one from our first campaign. Sarah was a legacy character. The looks on everyone's faces xD

I just find shit, okay?

Ahahahahahahah.

What the hell. I'm probably just laghing from shock at finding something like this on SV, but it's still funny.

Wow. Um... are you certain that this isn't toeing the line? I mean it's funny, but think of the children.

The hell am I kidding? My middle school math teacher had to replace the word balls with spheres because half of the class wouldn't stop laughing at the former. There's no such thing as innocence.

Seriously though, ask a mod about this, I'd hate for you to get infracted.

Even going beyond the skirting of the forum rules. I feel this is going way too damn fast.

The Dragon Boner joke was funny exactly once, I just kept reading hoping for silly romance shenanigans and awkward diplomacy. But by chapter 3 you send the plot into overdrive with the "romance" being "but I love you!" "for realzies? your not a gold digger?" "yes for realzies" "okay lets make out." and Exposition Dragon flying in to make the story into a... adventure? Shining Dragon Boner took this from fun and kinda cute to kinda retarded.

To be honest I feel like I'm jumping the shark here to meet deadline, and your reaction confirm that.
Yeah...
I delete the chapter and going to rewrite that somewhere around next week.

Yeah, take your time.

I still have those fond memories of your RWBY tree and toilet lock SIs, so I'm willing to forgive a lot. As long as the grammar is good and the humour stays fresh, do as you will.

Thanks to this thread, ...I forgot what I was going to say.
