I wonder why everyone is voting for topology. I mean warp space is pretty one note
Plus when combined with certain mobility options like rollerskates and a little parkour it allows for an interesting method of moving throughout the city, plus it can be utilized in a fight more regularly without the annoying issue of having to worry about accidentally killing someone.Beyond the fact that the strength and versatility of a power shouldn't be the only defining factor in choosing it, warping space is a super cool power with a lot of depth when the environment or other espers are added to the mix.
If you want to control electronics that would fall closer to the Electro-master end of the power spectrum. Honestly your power sounds more like we would just be a lesser version of Meltdowner which sort of detracts from things as most important characters don't have that much overlap with the others in terms of powers.Honestly having to learn to not go ham and kill everyone is a really good challenge for the character, and the fact if we do accidentally kill or at least seriously injured someone will be a good development for the story and character. Not to mention my boy's power can be easily countered and especially in this world. Despite it having incredible potential and such (seriously if fined tuned enough, you can tap into signals and electronics. A damn good advantage in this city.)
I never really liked having most types of spatial or time-based powers for characters. Because they are few things that effectively countered these powers, and the character basically have an "I win" button.
Probably because I remembered the quest I believe you are thinking about and based my plan off the idea. The character in question back then was named Kagari Takanashi.[X] Plan Topology Reporter Girl
This plan is identical to the one of another raildex quest that fail because of the qm well at least the power and character is the same I don't remember the name but if I find it I might post a link
True, still at the very least if the qm allows us to have skates and the like we can at the very least have some of the highest mobility barring outright teleporters (who have their own restrictions) and it's a unique enough power that makes us stand out a bit.The thing that appeals to me about the winning plan is the fact that it seems geared towards getting to places you're not supposed to and uncovering the truth, and there are a lot of strange things happening in this city. Though i don't know if we'll be able to decide to be a reporter since we are not sure what direction the qm wants to take this quest.
Well hopefully we are, honestly I can see us hitting it off with Saten if we ever interact with her. Hell one thing I would love is if one of our quirks is that we go surprisingly low tech with some of our methods like using an old style film camera (maybe with a few modern upgrades) as we are aware of how many ways Academy city has to hack things and the like. Plus it would allow for us to justify having a Dark Room.Did we just become the "THE TRUTH IS OUT THERE" conspiracy/investigator? Because that sounds amazing in a Toru quest

I vote "no." That 'laugh' is really, really annoying. Now that ojou-reporter-space warper is confirmed, it's time to ask the important question.
To OHOHOHOHO or not to OHOHOHOHO?
I think voting closed with that plan winning...[X] Plan Topology Reporter Girl
Edit:I'm just throwing this out there just because.
[X] Well, whatever it is it's not water. You are capable of matter alteration.
