Jessica Jones

Okay, I know there are limitations on these kinds of things, but I can't help but laugh at two women in their mid-thirties pretending to be teenagers for the flashback, especially in Patsy's case.

Hopefully they'll bring it back on Disney+ or whatever it is.
Sadly that's probably not realistic. I'm pretty sure there's a non-compete clause in Netflix's contract with Disney that prevents Disney from reusing those characters for a few years, or something along those lines.

Not really. You could swap him out pretty easily. Jessica's character arc, the representation, the challenging of male ideals through Simpson. That was value.

Strong meh, there was some good stuff there, but I think the quality of the marvel shows is directly corilated to the quality of the villian, Tenant pretty much made the first series with his performance, and if you mean switching out villains, I don't really know which one would suit the theams as well.

And Simpson was less male ideals and more power and addiction, which folds back into control. Which was kind of Patsys whole thing.

The first season was great, albeit slightly too slow paced for the sheer intensity of the subject matter as well as just certain awkwardly placed plot points being spaced unevenly. I loved it pretty much from word "Go." The second season...had some potential in there. Certainly. But by god was I horribly disappointed all around and left largely unimpressed.

Fingers crossed that this will be closer to Daredevil Season 3 than Iron Man 3 as a swan song for this character's series. Jessica deserves it.
