I feel like the volunteer perk might be slightly more useful than the job devotee perk.

Because having a daily jog dovetails nicely with walking the dog daily, and what kind of dog refuses walkies? And joggers would know the lay of the land a little better than the others, maybe have seen some of those wizarding families once or twice. Not as wizards, but maybe as odd folk.

So, I'm debating whether I should update today or tomorrow. I kind of want to wait for any more votes, as this is my first real quest. Do any voters have any opinions on this?

Character Creation Part Three!

    • As you dozed off, you thought about how dreadfully boring the party was...at least you got some favor with the boss for appearing enthusiastic?

    (Job Devotee Perk gained. The effects will be explained once character creation is finished.)

    When you wake up, you feel invigorated, and prepared to start a new week! This'll be the week that you go out and find those weaselly wizards! Maybe you should get dressed, first.


    On weeks like this, when your Energy is high, you have six Energy.

    This week, feeling well-rested and healthy, your health is at 10.

    Nothing's really changed at your job, so your income remains at ten. At least you have a decent stockpile of around a 100 in the bank, but you aren't going to touch that money unless you absolutely have too.

    Your child is a bit angry this week.

    The neighborhood, the town at large, and the world are not particularly worried about anything wizard related.

    You're relatively satisfied with your life.

    Typically, your work would take up two energy automatically, but due to your devotion and hard work, plus a little favoritism by the boss, means that your energy expenditure on work is only one energy per week.

    There's going to be an office party in five weeks.

    Pick one of the below as an interlude between character creation and the beginning of the game.
