Is the Imperium of Man about to die?

Another player and I are going to be blogging the sequel to our current campaign when we start it in a few months.

The current campaign which seems to be ending with us in possession of a planet, some ships, a cache of DoT tech including a genetic recipe for fertile female space marines, and way more ambition than common sense.

holy fuck

astartes capable of reproducing?

tho,it would be a reource intensive thing, astartes need high density nutrient bars
so you better adress the problem of suplying enough high quality food to them

The imperium is dying but it will never actually die, because GW knows the section do the fanbase that are unironic fascists will throw a fit if that happens Space Marines sells the best. It will find more and more ways to pad things out so that it never happens. their customers continue to buy models.
FTFY. Seriously, every decision made by GW is to help them line their pockets. If they can spend less on that even better (see the new Space Marine models. 80% recycled parts from other models, one pose only).

Depends on how calory-intensive the prenatal development is. We don't yet know.

But even if we need more food, well, that's what you conquer more planets for.~

please, have a reform on tech development and education

instead of mechanicum conclaves with secret sects and factions with a ''master and pupil'' sith bullshit going on
make universities and scholas, along forcing scientist to share all their knowledge and research in enciclopedias

this alone can streamline tech development more than any stc fragment

Considering that our first act of open rebellion involved the ambush of a Mechanicum factory ship...yeah we're not exactly on good terms with the techpriest orthodoxy.

even better, get rid of the mechanicum dogma as fast as you can
then you might have a little chance of survival
Yeah, but then the people who really believe the dogma start getting fanatic about it and then they conquer Earth and start throwing nukes around like candy.

It doesn't end well for anyone.

You are going to need a LOT of Toasters to convince the Mechanicus.

one toaster and you stop your secretism and instead structure ina academy to streamline the speed at wich tech is developed

*offended mechanicus hiss*

two...two toasters?

*suspicios linguatechnis hiss*

five?...FIVE TOASTERS
and you innovate and share knowledge

*happy mechanicus hissing*

Speaking of toasters, we also dug up a Man of Iron and it's a PC now (this was a large factor in the Admechs' decision to send a goddamned factory ship at us).

We're going to try and replicate the MoI, but we're definitely not going to make AI controlled factories. That's what went wrong last time, after all. In general, we're going to try and design our army/regime with as few load-bearing intelligences as possible, so that we don't have a giant fucking rebellion on our hands as soon as Chaos corrupts one goddamned factory/primarch/etc.

Of course, this means a lot FEWER MoI even if we do succeed at replicating them. That's why we'll have to breed astartes as well, instead of just relying on robit.

in the callixis there are a few factions solely dedicated to reversee enginering wraithbone

wriathbone is a warp semi-conductor,meaning it can go from warp isolative to war conductive depending on how it is ''programed''
i imagine such thing would be usefull when protecting the men of iron

how do you grow wraithbone if you cant bone sing?
use psiquic crystals

the eldar literally poop them, and many races have their own version of them
