Interdimensional High School-The Summer Reboot

I can think of at least a few groups of teens who focus on deal with digital threats, who could help the Code Lyoko students. ReBooth:The Guardian Code, Glitch Techs, MP4orce,Superhuman Samurai Syber Squad, VRTroopers, Zixx, Beast Morphers, maybe even the protagonists of Outernet if you account for extraterrestrial cyberspace.

We might need a whole new club for all these guys. Firewall Club or something.
Firewall Club

Club President: Jeremy Belpois
Club Adviser: ????

Members (so far): The groups of teens mentioned.

What does detention look like in this school? I can imagine a couple of delinquents here who don't have superpowers trying to escape detention, only that they are under the watch of a superpowered principal. The Boys-esque shenanigans would ensue as they try to figure out how to escape his watch. Some of these delinquents include Duncan from Total Drama and some characters from Prison School.

New Future Foundation recruits: Tony Stark (Iron Man: Ultimate Adventures), Ryan Choi (DC), Bumblebee (DC Superhero Girls), Pidge (Voltron: Legendary Defender), Wesley Crusher, young Sheldon Cooper, Matilda Wormwood, Senku, Little Rick

Who else would be members/qualify for the Future Foundation in here? I have a story in mind starting off with the Future Foundation's first meeting. Reed and Alex Power, who have both dealt with people smarter than they already are aware that for many of the club's members, it would be the first time they meet people who are as smart as them, so they decide to host a sort of acquaintance party on the first meeting of the FF. Needless to say, with many of the geniuses meeting their equals, many of them get on the wrong foot and butting heads with each other. Some of them do start to get along, like Rick and Senku.

Sheldon and Wesley Crusher meet and from that moment, develop an immense dislike of each other (bonus points if they become roommates if they both dorm). Even on the first day, they start their rivalry, at first in intelligence, but as the days go by, they find they are evenly matched, so they try to find other, hilarious ways to outdo each other. This eventually comes to a head in the tournament week. Both tie again in the brain battles portion, so they try every other competition in the tournament, and neither of them is victorious.

Another character that I could see joining this school is Kipo Oak from Kipo and the Age of Wonderbeasts. Since she's an astronomy fan, she ends up taking Universes, and How to Explore Them, as well as Adventure Archaeology, Exploration and Treasure Hunting, or How To Not Get Killed Next Time You're In The Ruins of An Ancient Civilization.

In terms of food concessionaires, there are bound to be multiple involving burgers: The Krusty Krab, Krusty Burger, Bob's Burgers, Cluckin' Bell, Big Belly Burgers, etc. I can see Bob working at his restaurant's concessionaire as his kids attend school, and SpongeBob, Mr. Krabs, and Squidward working at the Krusty Krab's concessionaire. Argus Filch would definitely be a janitor here.

Regarding the dorms, what would be the best roommate combinations? A room can only host up to four students.

Here are couple of classes and clubs

Magecraft 101
Magecraft 101 is taught by Waver Velvet, in the course Waver teaches young spellslingers on how not to be killed from either theirs or someone else spells. He also touches on basic symbolism and magecraft history.

Fight Club
A club solely made so that the fight junkies have someplace to beat the shit out of each other so that it isn't during class. The club head and adviser is a constantly shifting position since it is given to the winners of the weekly tournament.
The current club head is Ranma and the current club adviser is Scathach.

Ocular Powers Club
A club that helps those whose eyes would some sort of special powers.

Waver Velvet is an inspired choice, I really like that.

Fight club is a neat idea, although I would have gone with Hayato Fūrinji from Kenichi: The Ultimate Disciple as the club adviser, as he is an actual teacher (well martial arts instructor) and is possibly one of the strongest non-super powered fighters out there.

Ocular Powers Club is probably led by Kakashi Hatake from Naruto. Or alternatively it could be Shoto Ayzawa from My Hero Academia. Both work as ninja style instructors and have occular powers-one copies powers, the other negates them. Maybe they're both teachers, or alternate.

I could see a young Cyclops in this class too, given he needs help with his lazer eyes.

Ohh Can I make a suggestion?!

Cyberpunk 101 (Your Guide to Operating in Corprate Dystopias)

A Club with the Broad and well-meaning goal to prepare students for the rigors of the Corporate Ladder of the many many corporations that exist in the world while not dying painfully to your bosses incompetence (Cyberpunk 2077 Corpo start for the example)

Adam Jensen is here to teach the Do's and Don't of Corporate leadership while also teaching the necessary skills and soft skills to build a successful portfolio and be apart of possibly violent corporate culture and how to identify a safe working enviorment.

I appoligze if I'm barging in, but I am enjoying this idea.

Now I'm imagining a super powered version of Richard Vernon from Breakfast Club trying to keep an eye on the students as they do shenangians in detention.

Also looking this up there are multiple works just called Detention to get inspiration from:

A Horror comedy film called Detention Where 6 expys from different teen movies (from Freaky Friday to Ferris Bueller to Spider-man) are trapped in detention because they believe one is a serial killer.

Detentionaire a show about a kid whose given detention for a year for a prank he didn't do, so now tries to escape to figure out the truth. Got a cyborg teacher trying to stop him.

And more but they are just straight up horror series for the most part.

Sure jump in.

Hmm, I'm trying to think of cyberpunk settings with schools or education facilities. I prefer to use those as inspiration points for teachers and students, but I'm sure there are options I'm forgetting. The only Cyberpunk setting I can think of with a school or even a highschool student is Batman Beyond.

Anyone want to help me out here?

Also if we are having someone from the corpo lifestyle, there has got to be an anarchist class or club, who keep interrupting the class. ;)

Well if nothing Else Jensen can be a guest lecturer if that okay.

Homerooms Updated
Looking over this old thread, I remembered originally there were 7 homerooms each with different colors. I had some reason for it, but now I realise that is just too much work. 7 Different homerooms, trying to find different reasons to put them there, it's just a mess.

Instead, I'm gonna use Laff-a-Lympics rules and just have 3 Homerooms, each assigned with a primary color. (Yes I'm aware Yugioh GX did this too, and would be a more apt comparison, but Laff-A-Lympics popped in my head and I never hear about that show anymore)

I think I'll have the three Homerooms be Red, Blue and Yellow (I swear it's not Duel Academy!) with different general ideas about who will be in each homeroom, but I'm not gonna make this like Hogwarts where only people with the same general personality traits will end up here.

Red (Aka The Red Flags) - They are mostly students who are the most likely to cause the most chaos or destruction, either on purpose or by accident. The school decided to keep them together for the most part, so it's easier to keep an eye on them. [No Teacher Decided Yet]

Blue (No nickname) - Students who are just trying to live a normal Highschool life (or at least as normal as their world would allow). The people who have adventure thrust upon them, or just want to do their exams well and move on. [Homeroom teacher is Obi Wan Kenobi from Star Wars]

Yellow (No nickname) - These are the students who need help academically, who for various reasons struggle with studies. [Homeroom teacher is Kurosensei from Assassination Classroom]

If anyone has any suggestions for who the homeroom teacher might be, or if the homerooms don't cover enough types of students, please let me know.

EDIT: Added Obi Wan as Blue Homeroom teacher.

Regarding the homerooms, I believe I suggested a homeroom for heroes before, unless the various hero classes already technically count as hero homerooms.

I'd rather not have the homerooms divided along powered and non-powered lines, or heroes and villains. There are classes specifically for heroism and the different sorts anyway, but I want the homerooms to be places where basically anyone could meet. Where Regina from Mean Girls tries to out Alpha Bitch Junko Enoshima from Danganronpa, where Dawn from the Buffy the Vampire Slayer spends time getting to know the Clones of Clone High, and where Draco Malfoy reminisces with (edgy) Sasuke Uchia on how annoying chosen one rivals can be.

I also see the homerooms as trying to get points from the Sports Week, so everyone in the homerooms try to do their best to get points for their class in their respective events, whether it's cooking, high jump, speed chess or the battle royale.

I have an idea: a homeroom for academically advanced and really intelligent students - it does not matter whether they're good at science, magic, or just get very high grades, they are just way ahead of almost everyone else academically speaking.

That's kind of what I had in mind for Blue Homeroom, but I just worry that will lead to anime tropes of the academically superior class being very snooty or think themselves superior than others (or seen as superior which makes other homerooms feel enveious). Or worse, it just becomes an echo chamber for nerds, where I want homerooms to be where different types of students can relate to each other.

EDIT: There will definitely be advanced classes for academically superior students, but I'm not sure if I want the homerooms to be divided along those lines.

Alright I think I've figured out who runs the Blue Homeroom. For reference, this is for the students who just want to have an ordinary life (or what passes for ordinary where they come from). The reluctant heroes and villains, or those Isekai'd into places that really just want to go home, or the ones who for various reasons aren't allowed to pursue a normal life (such as X-men due to discrimination). For them, the Summer School is kind of their chance to be normal.

I think the perfect Homeroom teacher to bring balance to these kids is: Obi Wan Kenobi (Star Wars)

This Jedi Master has mentored two students, both Skywalkers, and you can tell when he was training Anakin he was trying to reign in his over adventurous tendancies, just trying to follow the rules of the Jedi.

Given his Jedi training he'll be able to handle most of what his students might throw at him, as well as be able to calm them down with his force powers in rare cases that would be necessary. He is also a fountain of wisdom and a rock of stability the students will be able to strive to be.

---

Now that he's in here, I just need to think who would suit class Red. This is the class that's drawn to adventure, actively seeking out risks and chaos to achieve their goals.

My first gut instinct is All Might from My Hero Academia-he's a hero who runs towards danger, and danger is drawn towards him. I'm just not sure he would be able to handle a class of chaotic and chaos drawn kids.

I'm also thinking Uncle Iroh from Avatar the Last Airbender. He himself is not hot headed, but he's used to giving guidance to various adventurous minded students, from Zuko to Toph and even Korra later on. Might even have him come in Spirit Form, giving him an extra level of protection because he's already dead, although those living muscles are a terrifying weapon themselves.

The final idea that comes to mind is Wolverine from X-men. Not anyone's first thought of a mentor, and likely very reluctant. However, there's no denying he is used to danger coming towards him, and can survive basically anything the students can throw at him. He's also a surprisingly good teacher, who cares about his students. He probably has a lot of knowledge in his adamantium skull, assuming he remembers it and can be bothered to share it.

I'm leaning towards Iroh because I feel he could teach students stuff outside of just combat and heroics. Like Ikuto Tsumura and Chiyuki Fujito the main characters of Smile Down the Runway I really don't think Wolverine would be able to help inspire them to pursue their dreams of being a fashion designer and model respectively.

What do you guys think? Is there anyone you think would be a better alternative for Class Red's homeroom teacher?

I thought of two characters who could join the Future Foundation: Steve Urkel and Constanze from LWA. In a group of super geniuses, expect a lot more "Did I do thats" from Steve, and with Constanze also knowing magic, the Foundation could eventually pull off magitech.

What a cursed image. Absolutely inspired, I applaud you! The guy even has a clone (Stefan) among other weird science stuff.

Now I can think of other 80s-90s teens who might be in here from TGIF. Sabrina the teenage witch, Teen Angel, Boy Meets World, Dinosaurs, and even Aliens in the Family has teenagers (one alien, one human).

How to Speak Alien, and How to Do it Right

Teacher: Hoshi Sato (Star Trek: Enterprise)

This class teaches students how to learn to speak any new languages they may encounter, whether it be alien or otherwise. Here, students learn how to speak alien languages from across the multiverse like Klingon, Na'vi, or Vulcan, as well as learn how to communicate with aliens, whether making First Contact or not, as well as learn the dos and do nots of alien communication, so as not to accidentally create conflict. All students will be issued universal translators, and will also learn how to pick up alien languages with or without the aid of the translator.

Another student that we could add is Eva "Molly" Wei at the end of Oban Star Racers. There would be a racing elective/club, one she and Takumi Fujiwara would be a part of.

To revive this thread once again, let me present an idea for a potential arc:

SCHOOL ELECTIONS!

Each of the homeroom classes would have to elect a class president, and for the school itself, elect student body officers. Potential candidates I see for the student body president would be Millie Ashford from Code Geass, Gakushu Asano from Assassination Classroom, Satsuki Kiryuin from KLK, and Courtney from Total Drama. I feel that Satsuki would definitely win president. There would also be a student body for the elementary school as well.

I could see the student body having divisions like Division of Student Research, Division of School Affairs, Division of School Affairs, etc.

Regarding the School Fair, one of the challenges I could see would be a bakesale, where whichever class/club earns the most profit by the end of it all wins.

Another one of the tests would be to pass a more fun Kobayashi Maru exam, specifically modified to fit the experiences of the students that take it, i.e. a student is forced to choose between choices, but those choices are fun, and the experiences are supposed to be fun.

What do you think about using the regular Kobayashi Maru exam in regular school days as a sort of final exam for many students?

Is there anyone else from Star Trek that could be students/teachers here aside from Hoshi and Wesley?

I have an idea for a homeroom: one for various "outcasts" in their home settings. This homeroom would give them the chance to feel like a part of something.
