"We'll stay for the weekend," you say, remembering McGonagall's vivid color. "Thank you for your hospitality."
Dumbledore nods, as though he expected that. Maybe he did.
"Would you still like a tour?" He asks, with a look that makes it more believable that he's the leader of one side of a war.
You don't even have to look to Asami or Kri to answer that: "Yes."
Dumbledore takes you on the tour personally. You didn't think you had any more room for wonder in you. After everything else you've seen - Malach, Ba Sing Se, Republic City, London, Diagon Alley - it seemed like buildings, locations, shouldn't have anything else to show you. Hogwarts, though, Hogwarts has so much to show you.
When the tour concludes, your mind is awhirl with magical wonders. Asami looks a little dazed as well, and even Kri has his thoughtful moments, though he stays much more vigilant than either of you.
"These are your rooms," Dumbledore concludes the tour, gesturing at a door. "Mr. & Mrs. Sato." He waves a hand at a different one. "Mr. Kri. Lunch is served at noon in the Great Hall, dinner is at seven. Any doors you cannot enter will be firmly locked, and I do not recommend you attempt to bypass them."
"Thank you," you say, Asami echoing you and Kri inclining his head.
When Dumbledore leaves, you turn to Asami, face heating. "I'll just... stay with Kri."
She nods. "I think I'm going to look in the library. There was a section on 'Muggles', and I'm hoping it has some engineering books in it."
Visiting the library goes well. Neither you nor Kri can read the language - he's still learning to speak it, even - but the three of you find a quiet table out of the way, and Asami softly reads out loud. You like these moments: Asami involved in what she's reading, you listening closely, and Kri leaning up against something, eyes closed. They're peaceful, but also productive enough not to trip your worry about your world being in danger.
Lunch finds you eating at the staff table. The student body at Hogwarts ranges from kids about the height of your ribcage, to teenagers not much younger than you. They're separated into four different sets of colors - Houses, though it's a different sense of the word than the purebloods use - and sit at separate tables. Dumbledore explained the difference between them, but it doesn't make sense you to just yet.
Most of the students don't notice you, but word quietly travels down the blue-and-silver table - Ravenclaw - and just about all of them glance up at the three of you at one point or another. One of the youngest blatantly stares until an older student elbows her to stop.
Afternoon finds you out in the courtyard, finally able to spar after days of being stuck indoors at Diagon Alley. Dumbledore, spotting Kri's sword, offered you the courtyard as a place to train, saying that students often use it for (supervised) duelling practice. There's no one out there now but the three of you, though.
You and Asami go at it a little harder than usual, after the break. She's still working on her first psychometabolic discipline, and she stutters in and out of enhanced speed as you work. A careful distance away, Kri goes through sword katas, likely out of practice after no real space for it in his Leaky Cauldron room.
After the spar winds down, you and Asami quietly watch him practice. You don't know what his style is called, just that you've never seen it, even during the demonstrations at the Mage's College. It's very fluid, and he often stops to correct flaws you didn't see in the first place, and you still don't notice the corrections after. His eyes stay unfocused throughout, and you wonder if he's shadowboxing, or mentally working in his illusions.
"He's good," Asami comments quietly. She'd know better than you would, even if your unpracticed eye agrees with her.
Kri snaps to after one of the kata, eyes focusing and sword going back in the sheath. He raises an eyebrow when he notices the two of you looking at him. You clear your throat and rub the back of your head. Asami just laughs.
The evening winds down with more reading, this time in the room you'll be sharing with Kri. You're pleasantly sore, peaceful. When you find yourself starting to nod off, Asami says goodnight and leaves for her room. It's been a good day.
You should have known it wouldn't last.

You're dead asleep when a knock on the door startles you awake.
Kri reacts before you do, sword in hand as he opens it.
"The Rosier mansion has been attacked," McGonagall says tersely, still impeccably calm and collected despite the situation and late hour. "If you wish to assist before the Aurors arrive, I suggest you ready yourselves promptly."
"Attacked?" You ask, rolling out of your side of the bed.
"The Death Eater symbol has been sighted above the house," she says, "and there is black smoke rising from one wing. Our first responder cannot get inside the wards, but I suspect Mr. Rosier had not yet removed you and your companions from the whitelist; you may yet be able to get inside." She pauses. "I will take you, but will not intervene."
