While Suaren does indeed have Bard levels in her (still fairly notional) character sheet, I would caution you against assuming too much based on that.

She's a musician, but she's also a "would-be pirate queen."

"Would-be pirate queen" doesn't entirely go with "bard", true, but it could be made to fit if she tried hard enough. Besides, she's still got a little space to multi-class. :V

More seriously, good to know that she may not be full bard; I'll keep that in mind for future reference. I still like the contrast my vote sets up, though, and the rest of the options sound interesting enough that I don't mind if they win instead-- well, except Crown, maybe? I don't think summoning disposable mooks as a main approach meshes thematically with a character-driven narrative, but eh. There are ways to get around that, so I'm willing to see where that one might go too.

Many titles are gender neutral, but you can certainly pick out female specific titles if you go looking. Countess (establishes nobility), Dame (implies knighthood), Landbride (establishes real estate ownership, implies nobility).

The issue with Maenad is that it's a D&D race, with different connotations than the bacchanalian. Celebrant is the closest title that comes to mind.

And titles need not be formal in style. Soothsayer, Wisdom, Teacher, Churigeon - all meaningful titles.

If you want to go really out there: Pair, Duo, Team; They, them, their, theirs, themselves. Argue that <charname> should be a Dvati.

Ah, right. I do vaguely remember seeing the maenad as a D&D race somewhere, now that I think of it. I'll go back and change that to Celebrant, then. I'd consider changing it to something else entirely, but since I'm keeping the rest of my vote and title voting is likely to go on until the next round (given that all of the options will still have only one vote each), it seems better to wait and see what wins out for the heraldry vote.

PCs and important NPCs are gestalt.

Wanted to have an update up by now, but life happened, including being stung by a bee.

As it appears Wander is in the lead, I figure I should play to the theme and roll dice.
