You are after your mother's death, which according to the timeline I found was the 10th. The fight with Mado vs Touka and Hinami is on or around the 20th.

Or you could avoid that fight entirely, although Mado Kureo would remain alive and Amon Koutaro would never meet the Eyepatch Ghoul.
 
Omake, the O(bvious)ther Wish.

At first, it had blown your mind that magic could possibly be real. Such a strange, but never the less adorable, creature had approached you on the way to Anteiku with your mother. Kyuubei spoke to you with thoughts! It was like a television show but in real life. You clutched your book even tighter, even though Kyuubei knew you were a ghoul he still thought that you could be a 'Pue L ah'-

"Puella Magi." Oops!

"Sorry about that." You weren't very good at switching between tel-e pathy and normal thinking yet.

"I don't mind at all, Hinami-chan. I was in fact just about to ask you something."

You look over to the white animal laying on the table near your coffee. He doesn't seem to blink much, although Kyuubei also doesn't seem to have the need to open his mouth either. You wonder how he eats. Your right hand stealthily runs down a long white ear with no small amount of finesse. Soft!

Absolutely amazing. If father was here then...

"Hinami-chan?" Leaning into your hand with content eyes. So warmth.

"Ah, sorry! What was it?" You smile sheepishly. Ehehehe~

"I was wondering if you had already decided on your wish, or not? It's fine to take your time doing things."

Actually... Looking up from Kyuubei and the rest of the things on the table, you had been thinking. You knew that you and your parents were in trouble. Father had stayed behind while the two of you left for elsewhere. Usually you would mind seeing Touka and the rest of the nice people at Anteiku, but as you went up stairs and had a quick look at the human customers you had felt jealousy.

They wouldn't know what it was like to be a monster. Or maybe they did know, maybe you were just being spiteful and rude. Ghouls eat and kill humans even when they don't have to. What right did you have to look badly upon them?

And what was the difference between the two? The main difference would be Kagune and? Ghouls can only eat humans and coffee without feeling sick in their tummy. There isn't a choice for anyone involved in this at all, no matter how you look at it.

You don't like it when people see you eat.

"...Kyuubei?"

In the upstairs in Anteiku, Fueguchi Hinami made a contract with the Incubator and became a magical girl.

"I wish that Ghouls were able to eat normal food too."​

Honestly though like

I spent the whole wish voting time being like 'come the fuck on its so simple someone has to get it i even hammered it in during the start'

And then no one fucking got it. Also, implying ghouls wouldn't still ghouls. Jesus guys come on do you think I wouldn't be able to make a story out of this wish? Fuck I had an entire system and politics and CCG drama going on

And you just didn't. You could wish for anything at all and you didn't. I came into this thinking it would be that way but no it's not. I feel kinda disappointed. It would have been so fluffy but then I would have stabbed you with centipedes.

On one hand, yea, face palm on the part of SV.

On the other hand, missing the direct or obvious wish to solve your problems is sort of a theme with PMMM. It's an excellent source of drama and tragedy and other "story goodness".

Now, I say the following without any intention of rudeness or criticism or smugness. Merely trying to give a suggestion.
Maybe next time you are making big plans for something so story changing that happens really early on going a certain way, maybe you can just have it happen that way in the intro and let the players take control right after.

I'd feel kind of shitty forcing the wish. The wish is were all the fun happens!

To be honest the moment I decided to mix in PMMM I decided not to plan much. Any planning I had is easily mixed in because I run on improv.

...if you really wanted us to make a specific wish,then perhaps you really want to write a fanfic instead of a quest.

Honestly, I don't think that wish would make a good quest. We'd just be Madoka-light, a girl who unwittingly sacrificed herself to save her race.

I just thought it wouldn't be world changing enough.

Don't worry, since Kaneki has bits of a female ghoul in him (and he's interesting) he can make the wish instead!

It would not be madoka magica if people made smart wishes.

"I wish i could share a final cake with mom"

Although wishing for ghouls to be able to eat normal food would have been interesting.
