How would a Multiversal Traveler go about gettting these things?

I think Cortana's main method of hacking is just sending massive amounts of data at the other computer until it crashes.

She brute forced one human mainframe and everyone thinks this, while ignoring that she basicly removed all evidence of the attack....

It's like she used a brick to break into a house, and steal some vital info. Than replaced the window and removed all evidence nigh instantly.

Enough said.

Know any universes where someone could get something that allows him to easily hack the best security in a baseline Earth?

12) Easy to get Tech, Artifacts, Abilites and/Or Spells that create/act as a mind shield, shielding a person from mind control and telepathy.
 
13) Easy to get Tech, Artifacts, Materials and/or Spells that block out psychic abilites from a psychic race.
If you need to know what kind of race I need this to create capable of blocking the abilities of a Brain Bug from "Starship Troopers" so that It can be studied and used in order to improve another beings own psychic abilites

In Grand Central Arena, nanotechnology used in a replicator-esque fashion is commonplace, as are mild body enhancements, and implanted head AIs.
 
Does anyone know any tech or magical spells that would allow someone to super-impose the laws of physics from one universe to the other? I'm trying to find some way to put The Etherium from the "Treasure Planet" verse in other universes

Easier said then done of course.

EDIT: But honestly, it would probably require just meta rules. Otherwise you're fucked.
