Given that his hand also has entirely separate magical abilities(such as a form of precognition/automatically moving to block magic stuff), presumably nothing happens.
When you get right down to it, his hand is just enforcing his paradigm on whatever it's touching at the time. Which is a nifty ability, but it won't exactly end the universe because his paradigm isn't exactly going to result in any vulgar effects.
"Section of space with the consensus enforced" and "Section of space with Whatever-His-Name-Was's paradigm enforced" isn't going to have any apparent change to the Sleepers.

I can see this. if there is one thing to love about the OMage and even NMage is how they imo show how OP reality warping is. Every magic or technique or elemental powers should be able to be used by a reality warper cause they are only limited by either their own imagination, knowledge or how the environment reacts to their reality warping. Which is exactly what happens in both OMage and NMage.

He's from a world where magic in both ritualized esoteric nonsense and simply thinking reality into doing what you want exist forms. His paradigm includes the possibility of these things, and they are countered by contact.
And it's not quite his arm doing it. It's an actual entity in his arm that has the ability to shut off extremely high power effects on contact.
So does creation implode then?

No, creation is destroyed and remade under the control of God. For most things that we "consider" not magic or not psychic, like the ground, there's no visible effect. Except that whatever's in charge of OMage or NMage's magic probably feels like reality just got a bite taken out of it and then petrified.
Everything in OMage is magic. IIRC, one of the earlier editions had the earth rotate around the Sun.
Hence why I ask if everything implodes.

Nope. Won't implode. Might do something ELSE, but won't implode.
Mostly it'll probably make cute girls of questionable age be angry and naked in his vicinity. That seems to be how it goes.

Imagine Breaker is one of the few things I'd put as capable of stopping One Punch Man. If you drop Touma into a world where everything is magic, parts he starts touching start going back to normal. And in a coherent way that doesn't chain react and wreck everything else. If the Sun goes around the Earth, it won't reverse itself unless he grabs the Sun. Which... he might be able to do, since the Sun is magic, and so holding his hand out is enough to make it not burn him alive as he approaches. Still need an air tank. Oh, and then after he touches it it's a NORMAL NONMAGICAL sun. So THEN he dies in a fire.
That doesn't make any sense. it only exists like that cause of magic. If the magic goes, it should cease to exist that way.
