Introduction Character Sheet
The Sage was Wise and great and saw that all things fell so he cast down the skies so that none might look up and wonder what was beyond them. He boiled the sea's and sundered the earth and then came before his Nine children and said "this is what it is to have Power".
Introduction
You have been remade, reshaped reborn you closed your eyes to go to sleep and awoke far from home and very different. An unseen force has turned you into an anime character. To be exact your a character from Naruto now.
You new body is stronger and faster than that normal human by a significant margin and you can use the abilities and jutsu your character displayed in the Naruto anime. However you can initially only use the jutsu your character performed on screen and cannot modify or create new jutsu. This will require significant time to fix, it will take years of experimentation and study to harness your new found charka for anything beyond the pre-programmed Jutsu you start with.
You have background ninja abilities ie walk up vertical surfaces and on water. You have no money or identification and are dressed and armed exactly as your character was in show. You can use the local magic system with time and effort. Charka is unique to you and any children you may have.

You new body is that of:
(0) Metal and Wire Hopes and dreams be happy you know nothing, Tenten: You new body is relatively ordinary at least by the standards of Naruto Ninja. Your new body is conditioned to be very skilled with throwing weapons and you have a high-level of instinctive close combat knowledge. You also have an abundance of weapons Kunai and Shuriken on you. These weapons are custom made and it will take time and a lot of resources to make something comparable you will have to find someone skilled in metal working to make more or learn the skill yourself if you want more.
Character Traits
Seal expert: you have several storage seals containing weapons and can with time make more along with producing explosive tags (must be made on paper), however you cannot alter them/ produce new seals without at least a year of dedicated study. The sealing arts are very complex and you know nothing of the underlying theory.
Unnatural Accuracy: Your body is conditioned to an extreme extent to always hit the target perfectly whenever you throw an object.

Your new body is relatively strong and fast. Your character didn't use weapons but did end up fighting close range a fair bit so you have decent muscle memory. You have a flute and instinctively remember how to play and play very well. You can summon three mindless corpse dolls ,which can both physically attack or create ghost constructs that can eat your opponents energy, and direct their movements with the sound of your flute (counts as a Ninjutsu) You can paralyse multiple enemies and inflict extreme pain with genjustu. Your character has a high talent for stealth and can move quietly and without leaving any physical trace.
Character traits
Curse Mark: Your new body is branded with a complete curse mark. Using it will increase your strength, speed and charkha levels dramatically along with increasing your resilience and giving you limited regenerative abilities .You have complete control of the mark and can transform at will and revert easily. However while transformed you are more aggressive and will exhibit sadistic tendencies. Also the marks power is extremely addictive.
(0) Queen of Hearts, Unmourned and Alone, think you can make yourself at home, Mei Terumi: Your new body is a Ninjutsu powerhouse of the highest calibre, you have monstrous charkra reserves, can breath clouds of hyper-corrosive acid mist, vomit lava and fire off A to S rank Water Ninjutsu with ease. However you have no subtle abilities, cannot use the transformation Jutsu or make use of any genjutsu. Until you spend significant training time (years) working with them you can only use your Jutsu at full strength. If you do not avoid fights/large displays of power until you have spent fine control of your powers you will get attention very quickly.

Eye Catcher: Everything about your new form is designed to catch the attention of the opposite sex. You have a body most supermodels would kill for, a voice which sounds attractive to everyone who hears it and your muscles are subtly conditioned so that every movement you make is incredibly provocative you cannot stop doing this without conscious effort or by purposely getting out of shape/reconditioning your muscles.
Glass Canon: Your new body isn't conditioned for close combat fighting, while you are stronger and faster than an normal human if someone gets close your going to have to rely on your own experience. This can be fixed with training.
Kekkai Genkai: Your new body caries two distinct gene sequences which allow you to use the lava and Boil release. Any children you have will also possess these genes.

Character Strength and Weakness
Just to clarify All the characters have strengths and weakness:
Take over Tenten's body and you don't have access to any fancy bloodlines or jutsu but you can nail a fly to a wall from the other side of the room and make storage and explosive seals with a little prep time.
Choose Tayuya and you get genjutsu which most people can't counter along with Attack summons/Meat shields, some stealth skills and the full benefits/downsides of a fully mastered Curse mark.
Mei gives you a lots of raw power and destructive attacks but as I explained your character has no actual knowledge of how to use jutsu's Initially, . So while you can fire off jutsu at targeted enemies they will come out exactly at the strength the character used them at in show. You go with Mei and get into fights your going to cause a lot of very distinct property damage and have a death toll which will include any bystanders.

Motivations and The Red Voice
Extra clarification:
You have free reign to do whatever you want in universe there's no compulsion to involve yourself in the canon storyline. For example if you choose harry potter you can simply leave the country move anywhere and start your new life well away form England. Want to travel the world and be the ultimate tourist you can do that. Want to dedicate yourself to using your new powers to becoming a multi millionaire and live the rest of your new life in hedonistic luxury you can do that. Want to hunt down the canon Villains and kill them bloody you can do that. Want to settle down get a job get married and have Kids you can do that.
The choice of previous gender isn't just cosmetic it will affect your characters decisions and actions. If your character was male previously then it is going to take longer to adjust to your new circumstances. If your character was female then there less angst gender confusion howevr you do still freak out because its not your body.
Also something to consider:
In universe you have been put in this situation by a unknown force Lets call it The Red Voice for now, for the purpose of providing entertainment. The red voice will affect things around you circumstances, possibilities and opportunities: think of it like being a Wheel of time Taveeren or a video game character. Things will happen to you opportunities open up etc. For example if you choose to play as Mei in Harry Potter simply walking down the street might result in meeting a talent scout who is convinced you could become a hit supermodel/actress or alternatively you get kidnapped and sold into a Prostitution ring. Keep in mind you can simply avoid these opprunites ie tell the talent scout your not interest, break out of slavery (you are a superpowered ninja).

In Answer, in universe posts generally follow one after another, time-skips will happen, right before one starts readers will get to choose what your focus should be over the time skip I'll roll the dice and what number I get will determine how successful your efforts are.
If you play as Mei you get her in her with her introduction Arc Skill set, so you probably cant destroy asteroids sorry, that said you can with a lot of training make your attacks stronger.
Characters use of charkha is unique expect people to be very interested in your abilities.
Your constitution is basically that of a very tough human, Unless you pick tayuya and get the curse mark with its bonuses, You are stronger, faster and have a better reaction time than a normal human but are not indestructible by any means, you can be shot, cut and hurt almost as easily as a normal human.
You can hypothetically, if you play your cards right get just about anyone to work for/with you in some capacity. But be advised the Gouald and others factions in any world will if they learn of your abilities prioritise your capture .
Nirrti in particular will, if she gets the chance strap you to a table and use you to breed as many charcka capable super soldiers as possible and yes she can capture and hold any version of your character if she has enough prep time/Knowledge of how your abilities work and if you get put in that situation the story will timeskip forward x amount of years as you try and deal with the situation.

All we need to do to protect us from fast moving object's coming at us is to get a Goa'uld Personal Shield. We could dodge any thrown object easily.

You are 16, your parents died when you were very young but you can remember what they looked like if vaguely. You have lived with your uncle Chris since then; Chris is kind to you but drinks heavily and has spent increasingly large amounts of money feeding his habit before your transformation you and your uncle were living out of a small apartment that was never clean (despite your efforts) and stank of alcohol. You have dedicated your life to being something. You want to make something of yourself and taste the finer things in life.

(O) A luxury bedroom. You are in a massive bed with velvety sheets. White is the colour of want. To them you are prey, pet and pawn. White Court opening.
(O) A small cell like room. You are on a bare stone slab. 30 pieces of silver was the price of the worlds saviour. To them you are a weapon waiting to be forged for use in for their war. Blackened Denarius opening.
(O) A Holding pen. You are lying on the bare and rough ground people are all around you. They lurk beneath the water waiting and watching. To them you are a one of many, a servant waiting to be trained. Formor Opening.

Before I start, I guess it's only appropriate to warn you that's these are my first time dipping my toe into any quest forum. Apologies if I completely miss the point.
That out of the way let's get to some questions before I give a vote.
How much of universe and mechanics melding will be going on? Is the change subject to the Dresdenverse rules? What is the general relation between jutsu and magic? Where are we on the Dresden timeline?
I personally would like to see some decent melding to happen. It would give the idea that Jade would be slowly slipping into Tayuya's mannerisms (or plain madness) due to being forcefully transformed.
The relation between jutsu and magic can also have big effects on the development of the quest. I'm personally not a fan of simply saying they're two completely different things even if it's simply because I like the challenge of trying two combine two systems without causing to much changes or weirdness in either of the canon.
I can think of two possibilities this could work. The first would be that jutsu is magic but the Narutoverse prevents the corruption of black magic somehow. The hand signs could easily enough be used opposed to the spoken spells of Dresden wizards and since we're in the world Jade would have to deal with being hunt by the White Council due to using Necromancy.
The other I can think off is that the justu is granted by a symbiotic being (think passenger of worm), which would shift jutsu to something more akin to magic of the Fae. It would also mean that Jade isn't mortal anymore, similar to the white court (even disregarding the Mark), which would give the wizards carte blanche to kill her with magic. It would also explain why black magic corruption isn't a problem in Naruto.
Knowing the point in the timeline for each option is rather important due to different coins being available, Nicodemus' standing, different Knights being around, the current mindset of the characters if the Dresden Files (if Jade encounters them) and of course the general state of the world.
For example if the transformation of the Mark looks anything like a Dresden ghoul, Jade would have much better chances surviving an encounter with Harry (if they were to fight, or if Harry would see Jade's other form) before the events of White Night than after.
Also it's somewhat of a missed chance of not turning Harry into one of the girls (perhaps due to disrupting the Dark Hallow) and dumping him somewhere else in the world. With the voice of the shadow of a fallen angel in his head (that's most likely soul bound), without much or any of his magic due to the transformation. It would have offered so many great opportunities to torment Harry.
Finally, please note that "what could possibly go wrong" is considered a challenge for the Dresdenverse as well as for me. Especially when said out loud.

Thanks for responding , I always appreciate discussion and I really appreciate you coming over. Since you made a good argument of it Jutsu are a roughly equivalent to spells. there is president for magic from different sources working by different rules in the Dresden files so you your power isn't interfered with by running water. Thresholds do weaken you though.
You can be affected by any and all Dresden files magic/transformations. eg: if Jade is captured by Red or Black court vampires she can get turned. White Court vampires can induce their specific emotions in you and feed just as easily as on a normal human. If Jade touches a Blacked Denarius then she will get a Fallen Angel in her head, access to hellfire and the ability to have a demonic transformation.
Jade has been dropped into the Dresden Universe around the start of Proven Guilty. So Lara is the power behind the White King's throne, Nick and co are starting to plan the shindig of Small Favour (and yes if you play your cards right you can take part in it), The Red Court/White Council War is in full swing and the Formor are trying to keep a low profile.
For this quest Jade counts as a human magic user who has been taught an unusual style. With a dedicated teacher Jade can learn Dresden files magic though it will take time and any magic she uses will work exactly as normal Dresden magic does, so Black magic corruption is a very real possibility. And yes, unless you play your cards very carefully chances are The Wardens are going to classify you as a warlock and hunt you for using necromancy.
Fun fact: Jade hasn't read the Dresden Files and as such doesn't know that the local magic users Goverment aren't going to react well to her having magically animated Corpse puppets.
Another Fun fact: Jade's Transformation is the first of three "Crowns", so when her story finishes a poll will open up again and a character of your choice gets dropped into a similar situation again. Harry can quite easily end up being the main charcter of the next crown arc if you want.
