[X] Explain about how you could kill people you don't intend to if surprised during surgery and arrange for some kind of notice. Ignore those guys until Yachiru loses her patience with them.
She could do this. Just ignore them. Hinamori pushed away the tightness of her throat and the adrenaline in her body.
"I could kill people I don't mean to if I'm surprised during surgery." Hinamori explained, suddenly gaining new patience. It was probably because their food just came and the people had shut up.
"Ohhhh." Yachiru said, as if she genuinely didn't consider this.
"Look just talk to any one of the fourth division members. They'll let you know what I'm doing and if you should be interrupting or not." Hinamori paused. Was she really letting this demon into her life?
"Okay!" Yachiru cheered as she shoved the meat jun into her mouth. Apparently so.
What was wrong with her?
"You know, that Ishida Quincy and Momo girl live under the same roof."
"How improper, Quincies are nothing more than animals. It probably sniffs at her skirts constantly."
Hinamori made a disgusted face. What was wrong with them? Yachiru's smile dropped as she swallowed her meat jun.
"Who says she doesn't let it? It's not too bad to look at after all ..." They tittered as Yachiru got out of her seat and Hinamori let her, pretending to focus on her meal of salattong.
"Lieutenant Kusajishi! What-," The man was cut off by Yachiru sharply hitting him on the head with her zanpakutou sheathe.
"You guys are the worst!" She yelled loudly.
"How dare-," A woman said, before being cut off by being bonked by Yachiru.
"And dumb!" They started getting out of their booth as Yachiru jumped on their table to hit them more easily.
"And talk too much!" They started screaming as the blows came faster and faster as they ran from the restaurant, with Yachiru on their tail.
Hinamori wondered if it was immoral to let a lieutenant bully civilians.
She shrugged.

Captain Unohana's idea of meetings was a nice tea by her koi pond. Hinamori sipped at her tea with Isane next to her, enjoying the brief moment.
"I do not think the twelfth division respects the fourth division." Her captain's face was amused as she looked at Hinamori.
"That's where you come in, Hinamori. Since you're not seated, and honestly you should be, if you scare them, they'll have to respect the division more as a whole." Isane said, smiling brightly. "Mayuri made them like malicious rats with too much time on their hands."
"Which is why I've decided to decentralize the division quite a lot as well as try to create a medical science branch. They'll be working full time to fulfill ... Tech support for each division." Captain Unohana said, with a tiny smirk. "Free time will be a privilege."
Hinamori drank deeply of her tea as she pondered the evil genius of her captain. Tech support for the eleventh division ... She shuddered.
"But the sudden changes have made them more supportive of Mayuri." Unohana murmured, sipping at her tea. "Some have been quietly campaigning to the Central 46 members to let him back out. If the division does it as a whole, they'll sway quite a bit of votes."
Hinamori's mouth was a tight line. She never wanted that bastard out.
Which is why she found herself in the labs of the twelfth division, watching three influential members work.
Yamaguchi Takao. A weak, but brilliant scientist who's innovated several devices for Soul Society and managed to come clean from the sweeps of the Second division. He was a prideful man who seemed to compensate for his weak reiatsu with his boasting and bullying of others.
Pentecoste Mila. The only one here who could match Hinamori in power, a seventh seat who nonetheless had rumors of Mayuri implanting a bomb in her. No love for Mayuri, but a isolationist member who loudly didn't appreciate having to fix TVs for other divisions.
Garcia Poppy. A young but up and coming member who was growing in power and genius. She wasn't very popular as she frequently would put her foot in her mouth badly. Still, she was the strongest that supported the decentralization of the division.
They were ignoring her though, focusing on their work. Yamaguchi apparently thought she was stupid as he simply was pushing buttons that she knew didn't do anything as the machine was unplugged.
