Hero Quest (Companion to Villain Quest)

[X] Warrior
-[X] Dragon Lord

Because we'll soon have access to our dragon.

[X] Warrior

-[X] Berserker

It was a tough choice between paladin and berserker but I just had to go with berserker. I do think it would be hilariously ironic if we became a necromancer.

I seem to remember we chose to learn things to become a monster hunting hero- Some kind of warrior is probably best, then. I chose Dragon Lord simply because draconic themed armor is cool, but any warrior or the ninja will do, I think.

Paladin felt most like it fit the theme of monster hunter, and being a monster hunter sounds really cool. If it sways enough towards Berserker or Guardian, I'll switch, but it just feels the most appropriate and kind of cool because maybe we get some holy magic or whatever?

We're most definitely a Warrior... But I think we're a paladin.

We want to protect and help, right?

Remember:

[X] A page, serving under a knight. You were raised by the knight before you became his page, but he was never fatherly. He took care of you, and was kind, but always thought you of you as another part of his duty.
[X] The King isn't as successful as he likes to think. Bandits, monsters and wannabe warlords wander the land, and his rule is not enough to keep them down. The people need a protector, and if the King isn't enough, you will be. If only until the King does what should be done.

So yeah.

Can we get any information about the various classes...? :V

Sure.

Paladin: Good against Undead, Darkness and Evil.
Guardian: Get stronger while protecting people. Can make people stronger while fighting beside them.
Berserker: Get stronger when feeling particularly strong emotion. Rage and Hate are common, but love, joy and sheer bloody-minded determination do as well.
Dragon Lord: Dragons.

Beast Tamer: Tame monsters, fight along side them.
Ninja: Stealth and acrobatics.
Artificer: Make and use Artifacts.
Marksmen: Ranged attack. Can see for miles, automatically adjusts attacks at range to account for wind and gravity, thrown projectiles (Like a sword) always return, like a boomerang.

Saint: Healing and limited resurrection.
Ritualist: Give them time, they can do pretty much everything. Noteworthy for setting up Wards and breaking them.
Necromancer: Raise the dead, gain power from killing, become harder to kill, make others harder to kill, so on.
Summoner: Can summon any creature of the Aether that you have made a contract with, or forced into obedience.

I feel like, given our backstory, we kinda have to go for Paladin for maximum effectiveness.
But screw it!
[X]Mage
-[X]Necromancer

...I'm torn between Heroic Good, Hot-blooded good, and Holy Good.
Dammit.

-[X] Dragon Lord

We chose to have our character having learned about swords and monsters. Since we chose swords he have to become a warrior, and since we chose monsters Dragons are the way to go. I simply don't see why people chose things like necromancers since if we ever need magic then we could always simply have our friend help us.
