Remember though, Ron left the hotel at 8:50 PM, ten minutes before Lavender's death

We aren't getting anything out of this by pressing.

Employees must have their keys on them all the time. Plus the teleport back into pocket thing.

Time of death 9PM, victim died instantly. He left 10 minutes before, so the stab and bleed out thing is not possible.
