The Evolution QM
You are Viola Frifoli. Seventh son of a seventh son and born to a legacy of farmers, it was Master Orso who discovered your talent for item crafting. Aspiring to be more than someone who slaps dirt with a hoe all day, you accepted his apprenticeship.

Master Orso taught you the four major aspects of item crafting—Smithery, Gemcraft, Potions and Combat. As an item crafter, Master Orso specialized in Smithery, though he wasn't slack in teaching you the other three aspects. Also among the skills he taught you were basic life skills such as keeping inventory, arithmetic and sales although you suspect that was more because he wanted an apprentice to do the less exciting aspects of the trade.

As an apprentice, you were granted a surprising amount of freedom in your schedule. As long as you got your duties done and turned your assignments in time, you were even allowed to pick what time you start your day. That was something you were thankful for and were never afforded the option to do as a farmer's son. You…

[] Liked to wake up early in the morning. (Gain light affinity)
[] Slept in until late in the day. (Gain dark affinity)

Spending so much time in the forge, sparring with Master Orso's other apprentice and dealing with the chemicals needed for Gemcraft and Potions meant that you would often get sweaty and stinky. Because of this, Master Orso placed a lot of emphasis on personal hygiene. It was almost extravagant how Master Orso insisted that you start and end the day with a bath, something else that you were never afforded as a farmer's son. You…

[] Preferred hot baths, hotter than Master Orso found comfortable and way too hot for your rival to handle. (Gain fire affinity)
[] Believe nothing is better than a cold bath—they help you wake up in the morning and sleep soundly at night. (Gain ice affinity)

[X]Fuse Ice and Fire affinity (DC10: Gain Sickly trait and gain Fire and Ice affinity/DC 15: Gain Sickly Trait, Gain Electric Affinity/DC 18: Gain Electric Affinity/ DC 20: Gain Electric, Ice and Fire affinity)

So we don't get both?

Not sure if I worded that properly, but 11-15 gives you both ice and fire and makes you sickly. 16-17 gives you electric and sickly, 18-19 gives you Electric and 20 gives you all three elements

Getting 10 and below just gives you one of fire or ice

Month of Light, Day 01 (Day 1)
You naturally woke up pretty late in tge day. Although this would have normally branded you as lazy on the farms and earned you a scolding, Master Orso encouraged it. He said that gravitating towards late days meant you have a natural affinity for Darkness.

This alarmed you at first as Darkness was a much maligned element in mythology. The dark elemental Shades often worked for the most unscrupulous of villains. Master Orso had to work a bit to disabuse you of that notion.

As for baths, you preferred a moderate temperature unlike the other Apprentice who liked to take very cold baths. This was because you were pretty sickly as a kid and have a generally weak constitution in general. Being exposed to extreme temperatures would often lead to fevers as your body tried to correct itself.

Master Orso said this predisposition to sickness was because you had an affinity for Electricity. It was a potent element and not normally found in large quantities in the human body.

You could almost say that Master Orso coddles you a lot, compared to your family back on the farm who would make you feel guilty for sleeping late or being sick.

Despite this, Master Orso is a taskmaster. Your relative freedom in scheduling your day often required extreme discipline in order to not fall behind on your tasks.

I uhh.. i gotta ask. Why would you take Tend Garden and not take Craft Potion or Study Potions?

Tend Garden only boosts Potion actions.

I asked you first!

You've established that we need to make sure the chores are done no matter what. So I made a plan that gets that and the other thing that sounds like chores done first. I assumed that any bonuses from those Chores would be carried over to the next vote.
Please clarify.

The boosting actions boost the current turn's actions, not the next turn's.
