Wouldn't the Saint Church be the group that will be going spare?

I mean to the Wolkenritter their one and only lord is Hayate, end of discussion. They might find the situation varying levels of upsetting or amusing but they aren't going to lose their heads over it.

How would I know? Only thing about Nanoha I know are Gundam and Friendship jokes about the protagonist. :p

Just remembered this existed and thought I'd hunt down what happened to it. And. Like any nanoha fan, I adore vivio. Seeing how she turned out as the daughter of a criminal/tsab wetwork agent as opposed to nanofate is going to be wonderful!
(Sorry for necroing, hope this isn't dead for good :< )

Fairly sure we don't have anti-necro rules on this board.

A thought I've been having about that. What happened to the Cradle's crew?

Some presumably merged into Mid's population. Though since we don't know the life expectancy of a High Belkan Combat Cyborg, they might not all have died of old age yet. They would however explain why TSAB black projects labs keep making Combat Cyborgs.

Others might like King Arthur have retreated into an enchanted slumber (or Stasis Pod, for what difference that is) to be awakened when needed most.

For the second the confirmation of a new Sankt Kaiser is one of the most likely wakening triggers, and the Wolkenritter being loose on the planet another...

There is less than two hours between Vivio being plugged into the Cradle and it being destroyed, so even if the awakening is automatic there is not much time for them to come out of hibernation, establish the situation and get involved. Especially if they were expecting to wake on the Cradle and Jail has shifted them to one of his labs.

If they were relying on being woken up then there is a good chance some minor church functionary spends the last four or five episodes of StrikerS running around trying to remember how to perform his previously presumed meaningless sinecures actual function. Or that they sleep on totally forgotten.

Nooticably we don't IIRC see Carim during the assault on the cradle. Is she digging a squad of ancient Belkan supersoldiers out of the cathedral's secure storage?

The butterflies in this setting of course allow for such to show up else where and operating on any level of current understanding from none to fully briefed.
