I don't think that's how the dice throw mechanic works. Throwing multiples eliminates the entire point of the dice roll mechanic by negating chance. Also, if it's a d20, then how the hell do we judge a result of 73? If it was an accident, I think you ought to delete or edit your post to only include one dice roll.
