Better food and dog to find drugs sounds great.

Maybe consider 2 dog breeds, one for guards and another for "prisioner emotional support animal" imagine having a bunch of rough men softening a little by taking care of a puppy, and learning a bit of empathy... And suddenly every bad guy that hurts dogs get shanked worse than the ones that remove the anti-mosquito screens.

Maybe add kitten for other prisoners... Assuming cat woman does a t don't shenanigans with that

-[X] New bedding: The beds in your prison are over a century old at this point and its honestly appalling that your inmates aren't the least bit bothered by the fact, get those beds replaced. 2 Funding.
