Goblin Queen [Worm/Exalted] [Crosspost]

And if the neverborn had noticed Bet well....

They would scream in endless agony some more?
They already want to destroy everything, them knowing about Earth Bet wouldn't change much. At worst they would bug their Abyssals about maybe sparing some time and going to destroy this far-away land, but there is a little problem of endless Wyld between Creation and Earth Bet.
Even the most devoted Abyssals would just say "sure, boss, we'll get to it... eventually".

Heresy! They would bug their Abyssals to kill some time! (Preferably all the time.)

And Endbringers. Which one though?

I meant it would be bad for Bet, Not that it would change anything for the neverborn themselves. As for the distance problem well there seems to be a solar on bet already so if one of those is there I do not see why an Abyssal would eventually appear there too.

I don't think the Neverborn would care about Earth Bet. It's outside Creation, and therefore falls outside the list of things they want to kill. They might get around to it after Creation is destroyed, if that doesn't end their existence, but that would be putting the cart before the horse.

Exaltations travel at a speed of thought. Exalts don't. Even teleport spells have limits.
And Neverborns already want to destroy Earth Bet. They just have so many things to destroy, and more important in the grand scheme of things too, that it's not an issue.

I know that Exalts don't travel that fast and that teleportation spells have limits , when I was speaking of an abyssal on Bet I meant a native getting the void exaltation not one coming from outside Bet.

Abyssal Exaltations need to be directed by Deathlords, and they typically have plans in motions.
There are only 100 Abyssals, every one of them is needed in Creation because they are absolutely crucial for Deathlords' success.
Because, you know, Deathlords worked since before the Usurpation on their little plan with little to show for it. With Abyssals, suddenly there is a necropolis with rapidly spreading shadowland around it and the armies of the dead marching around. Because that's what happens when you have Solaroids on your side.

In short, sending Abyssals or Exaltations to Earth Bet is counter-productive when there are still gods around to punch and Heavens to destroy.

There could be a free Abyssal Exaltation roaming about, although it is extremely unlikely. There is always the possibility that Jack does something really stupid, but that is even less likely.

I don't expect to see anything but more Dragon-Blooded in a bottle, but here are a few options:
  1. Lisa Exalts as a Lunar for maintaining(somewhat) her sanity while putting up with Taylor's bullshit.
  2. Taylor Exalts as a Solar for the awesomeness of killing the final boss. Everyone else starts freaking out.
  3. Jack Slash and Bonesaw decide to have some fun and play Science! with Taylor and her guest. Afterwards, everyone agrees this was a terrible idea that should never be repeated. Everyone except Myth of the Rose Knight, the first and hopefully only Wyld Exalt.

Myth of the Rose Knight, the first and hopefully only Wyld Exalt.
"Hi there Sol Invictus! My name is Taylor Hebert, and I've decided that you're a pretty cool guy, so I have Chosen you to be my champion. From now on, you are a Mythic Exalted! Go forth and escalate in My name!"

On Administered Earth Bet, uppity mortals Exalt YOU.

SI: My mind is full of wat

Thinking of Mythic Exalts - if they're powered by and have power over stories and, in a sense, become stories, as the name "Myth of the Rose Knight" suggests, then this may have interesting implications.

Power over stories could let them call upon stories. Other mythic exalts, especially high-level ones, being stories, could thus be called upon. And since they also get power from stories, this could let said called-upon mythic exalts strengthen the calling mythic exalt(s). And since stories only fully die when no one remembers them, they'll all be around forever (in a sense) as long as just one of them always survives to keep the stories of the rest alive in their heart.

There would be no such thing as "facing a single mythic exalt" and they could munchkin up cycles of escalating empowerment that let them take down anything as long as a) at least one exists and b) at least one other has existed before. And even if they were all killed, you'd have to destroy all memory of every single one of them just to be sure they wouldn't spring up again.

This is horribly OP and therefor (based on my admittedly third-hand, fanfic-derived knowledge) fits right in with the Exalted setting.

fixed the typos and such... auuuuu~

So, a family of raccoons has moved into my neighborhood. Every morning as I go to work, I nod at a raccoon and it nods back at me and we continue on our way... and on my way home, I nod at the same raccoon and we continue on our way...

By any chance are you feeding them?

More specifically, are you feeding them just to fatten them up for a sudden yet inevitable BBQ~trayal?

Nope... the Bii's neighbourhood has lots of green stuff everywhere, being in Burnaby, British Columbia, Canada... the raccoons are surviving just fine on their own...

Teaser~

The songs of the birds were absent this morn. To the west, the skies darkened with birds as they took flight.

Sol doesn't Exalt anyone, though. He just holds the copyright.
Fucking Neverborns and their necrowarez.

You know how Sol has the option to speak with his Chosen upon Exaltation? Taylor apparently has that same option.

The castes of her Chosen are:
- Escalation Caste
- Unintentionally Creepy Caste
- Administration Caste
- Optimization Caste
- [___] Caste

I was referring mostly to the second sentence.

That about covers it, yes.
Escalation roughly matches Dawns, UCC - Night, Administration - Zeniths, Optimization - Eclipse (because seriously, Eclipsoids can learn all of the Charms, all of them) and [____] is left with Twilight. Though I guess you can switch the last two if you want, it would fit too.

I actually was thinking once what Taylor's Excellency would be like (based on Infernal Excellencies).
