Girls Frontline: Black Contracts

It's debatable whether our advantages would last forever, but Sangvis doesn't really seem too good at changing to adapt, from what I can remember.

I would say it should for the most part, depending on how things go. Even then I wouldn't say the thing will ever go useless, it might become less useful, but never truly useless. Well, unless we fucked up and they figure out someone have access code to their servers and stuff and decided to change it or something. I don't know how the technical things work, so like maybe they can't change the access code for some reasons.

-[X] Sangvis Ferri: This is a bit hard to explain, you slept in because of a power outage, sparing you from the Butterfly Incident. After that, it was hard to find any work because who would hire anyone from Sangvis Ferri? Especially after their products started attacking people. But you have one thing that makes you valuable to Griffin - Access Codes. You still have access to Sangvis Ferri's servers, to the point you can probably rewire (from a safe distance) an SF Digimind from afar. Just be careful that whatever is behind SF doesn't notice you, or else.

First Day At S-09
Donning your new uniform, you holstered your sidearm and prepared for the day. The new base was pretty well done, even had some of the newest technology. But yours wasn't exactly on the frontlines, rather it was somewhere towards the backline. Clad in red, you were prepared to have one hell of a first day to deal with.

Considering your previous employers' products are rampaging and you're the sole survivor...

Didn't really paint a good picture for you, but hopefully they're willing to overlook that.

"Morning Commander White!" Nearly jumping out of your skin, you were greeted by an orange haired girl wearing a white shirt under a tan vest. She was holding a tablet in one hand, giving you a warm smile as she introduced herself. "I'm Kalina, I'll be your Adjutant." She had a welcoming smile, and began to guide you through the base.

"To our left is the Dormitory, and connected to it is Springfield's Cafe." Kalina seemed to pause, whether thinking about Springfield's coffee or something else. " Beyond that we have our Production Facility and Auxiliary Facilities." You were hanging on to each word, mostly because there wasn't much else to do.

Well, except ask about your first Echelon of course.

"And what about my First Echelon?"

Kalina brought up your Echelon's ranks, showing a diverse cast of individuals. Two Handgun T-Dolls, Two AR, and one RF, which was a decent team for you to start with.

The first member (though not the leader, surprisingly) was MP-448, dutiful, helpful, and surprisingly orderly. She knew the art of strategy like the back of her hand, and was easily capable of adding her own suggestions to your plans. Beyond that, her former Commander spoke highly of her and was happy to lend her to your fledgling base.

Moving onto the next member of Echelon One, it was Colt M1911. She had joined up recently, and seemed to have a decent history of serving as a private security consultant. There wasn't much else on her, but hopefully she was as helpful as her former employers stated.

The third member of the Echelon was a surprising one, to say the least. She was K11, a T-Doll who seemed to have an affinity for explosives and explosions, though was surprisingly hard to find. As for her fellow AR-Companion, it was Ash-12, an eccentric rifle woman that was surprisingly capable on her own.

Though, her former employers said she had an uncanny ability to appear whenever. That wasn't much of a problem, as long as she did her work, having someone on hand like that wasn't much of a problem.

As for the fifth and final member of Echelon One, it was M1 Garand. Punctual, skilled, and well rounded, her former employers said that she was probably going to be the most reliable of your team.

Now then, who should you designate as Squad Leader?

[] Designate...
-[] MP-448 (HG T-Doll / Three Star)
-[] Colt M1911 (HG T-Doll / Two Star)
-[] K11 (AR T-Doll / Five Star)
-[] Ash-12.7 (AR T-Doll / Three Star)
-[] M1 Garand (RF T-Doll / Three Star)

Uhh... Hmm... The ARs are out, but the rest all have their points.

Weakest is probably M1911, she's a wild card.

M1 and MP-448 are both rec'd from other commanders, M1 sounding flexible in what she can do while MP-448 has specific areas she's good in. 448's specialties are basically exactly what our second in command needs though.

We got a 5-star for our first echelon? Who can also double as a researcher for homegrown SCIENCE!!! Tasty.

As for who to put in charge...Garand and M1911 are the only ones I'm familiar with from my own GFL game, and while Garand is like a poor man's Springfield (which is not a bad thing) I don't know I'd put her in charge. 1911 has a lot of experience and (if she's the same as her character in the game) understands the rigors of command fairly well, since she functionally serves as Thompson's second in her and M14's Neural Upgrade flashbacks.

I'd say-

[X] Designate...
-[X] Colt M1911

[X] Designate...
-[X] MP-448 (HG T-Doll / Three Star)

I'm not familiar with her, but she seems reliable and a quick read of the wiki page for her backs that up. Having someone with a collected, focused strategic mind in charge seems like a good idea to me.

-[X] MP-448 (HG T-Doll / Three Star)

I don't have much to say other than I'm most familiar with K11 and as much as I like seeing thing explode I'm not stupid enough to want her as a leader.

The HGs and RFs are good, boring options.

We're ex-SF. We want maaad science. We want explosions. We want someone who'll be best buds with Destroyer once we inevitably convert that adorable goofball.
