Probably Jacques, he is more likely to come up first as he is pretty much THE symbol of corporate assholes. Since the SI is going to be moving people away from 'all Dust, all the time' as their only power source he isn't gonna be happy to lose his stranglehold on the market. I wouldn't be surprised if Jacques tries to 'persuade' him to give up or kill him.
