A mysterious gate appeared in Ginza, Japan, connecting Earth with another world. Shortly after its appearance, a medieval army styled after the Romans and supported by fantastical beings came forth from the Gate with the intent of conquest. They made the mistake of attacking during the Olympics, earning the wrath of a world on the brink and quickly discover this new world is clean, safe, and resource rich.

Kryuger and Griffin & Kryuger Security Firm have been contracted to assist in operations beyond the Gate and push with the allied countries. Yet, in the shadows of these supposed allies, people plot and plan. For this new world could save them, save humanity from extinction, even if it's at the cost of the native inhabitants.

And Kryuger soon finds himself in a game of politics, national divisions, and grudges. The question remains though, will he stand with humanity or defend this new world?
