Full Contact Magic [Worm/Nanoha]

secret id is busted, why not?
Secret ID isn't busted until and unless she connects her uber-goth Unisoned look to Taylor Hebert, which is a strong reason why not. Poor Danny would die of shame be vulnerable to every two-bit thug and villainous cape associated with anyone she takes down!

[x] No, you don't.

I see Taylor join the wards far too much.

[x] Yes, you go home and tell your dad everything

As bad as it is to lose our secret id by going home (maybe we can just teleport into home? Minimise chance of exposure) Danny isn't in a good enough headspace to have his daughter abandon him. If Danny does something reckless and Taylor blames herself that would be bad so I'd rather go home.

I'd like to remind everyone that we're supposed to be doing the training actions by plan.

Well Taylor was trying to convince herself that she wasn't running away from home so this choice has my vote.

[x] Plan Flying Sword
- [x] Flight
- [x] Use of your armed device in melee combat

Taylor loves to fly so getting good at it is a good idea, and picking up the basics of how to properly swing Freer of slaves seems like a prudent decision.

And then Taylor wall Molly Carpenter. She has the right sword at least.

Who's Molly Carpenter?

Who's Molly Carpenter?
Margaret Katherine Amanda Carpenter, more commonly known as Molly, is a character in Dresden Files. She's the daughter of Michael Carpenter, knight of the Cross and wielder of Amoracchious also known as Excalibur. Talented illusionist she once broke one of the laws of magic ("Thou Shalt Not Enthrall Another") which resulted in her becoming an apprentice (essentially, being let out of death penalty on probation) of Harry Dresden, of whom Myrrdin is considered an expy. She later becomes Winter Lady.

Could we just go visit Myrddin right now? We should be able to teleport there, no?

Good point. So...

-[x] not yet at least. If you can, teleport to Myrrdin and try to get help. If not, contact him via email providing proof that both of you are magic and asking for help.

I mean, you could fly to Chicago. Excalibur's capacity to teleport you is limited to roughly within the city of Brockton Bay - her linker core is far smaller than yours.
According to an earlier chapter it's enough for a few hundred kilometres, couldn't we just teleport multiple times? Or let her use our linker core? (I don't know much about Nanoha, so no idea if that's possible.)

Doing a few hundred kilometre teleport would pretty much wipe Excalibur's mana reserves. If she was using your linker core, you'd be casting the spell (this is not a spell that you want to try blindly).

Could we let Excalibur do the teleport and afterwards refill her reserves with ours?

Teleporting sounds like a bad idea for teh second day Taylor has had any contact with magic. How long would it take her to fly there, assuming precautions against causing a panic for looking like some kind of tinker missile launch etc.?
