[X] Find something worthy of being called a choppa. Or short of that a stikk which, through orkish ingenuity, can be converted into a klub!

[X] The sound of loud engine noises are down the road, maybe there will be some flashy trinkets to nik. The hoots and hollers of orkish can be barely heard above the din.

There we are, vote closed, yadda yadda, now let's get this git some action!

Heh, this is going to be good! Especially if we loot what we can. A kunning boy gets some good hard scrap, a brutal boy krump so he can take them.

Soon we can try to make a shoots and a chompa combined! (Supped up gears of war chainsaw gun...add more DAKKA to it and double the chainsaw blades as well as increase the caliber and we're damn well good to go!)

The thought process of every ork when they crawl out of the ground tends to result to be something like this:
  1. Crawl out of the ground
  2. Find something to wear
  3. Find something to smash, or something to smash with
  4. Get stuck in!
Now with that in mind, we can understand the next steps of this idiotic bundle of joy is about to take. With the loincloth wrapped firmly around his waist, the ork boy looked at his hands and clenched his fists. They could do in a pinch, but the boy knew he needed something a bit more smashy or, better yet, choppy! The greenskin took a look around at all the debris and trash that filled the street and decided that this was as good as any to search.

Scavenging for a Choppa: 90 + 5 (Kunnin', but not lucky) = 95

It didn't take long for the boy to sort through the piles of scraps before finding several possible contenders. A thick metal rod, a red-headed axe, a scrap of metal that was particularly sharp on one side. And yet, none of them caught the orks fancy. Most orks were content to grab the first thing they saw, but this one wanted their first choppa to be special. He was deciding between the three when he saw a particularly large rat skitter by. Immediately forgetting the rejected choppas, the ork chased after the fleeing meal up a stream of much that descended down into the intersections pool. The critter squeaked in terror as it forced its way throught a crack behind a heavy plasteel door, but with a few good tugs the rusted thing was yanked from its frame and the ork dove in after them.

The putrid odor of rot and mold assailed the orks nose as he stepped inside the building, feet splashing up the water with every stomp. Before him lay two waterlogged corpses that had been thoroughly ravaged by the rats that hopped between the two piles of meat. Leaning up against the wall, split cleanly in two from the shoulders to the waist lay a human man, the patchwork armor providing no defense against the big blade that had mutilated him. Cradled in his lifeless and rotting hands was a stockless, pump action shotgun. If a detective were here they would've deduced that the shotgun was partially the reason for the other corpse.

Directly opposite of the humie was the headless body of an ork but one far bigger than the living boy in question, about the size of a Nob. Directly behind the Nob's body a large pipe had burst from the ancient shotgun's blast that let water cascade down onto the orks body, thus leaving it in far worse condition. This was the same source of water that primarily contributed to the pool of waste that spawned the ork in question.

While we were taking in this scene, the greenskin had busied himself with smacking the rats off the humie boy and popping a few into his big green mouth to chew on as he pulled the choppa free. It was a good choppa, heavy and sharp. He noticed a button near the shaft and eagerly pressed it with his thumb causing the axe head to suddenly steam, surprising the boy. When he waved the smoke away the axe head looked the same… with the exception of little zaps of static electricity that sparked every now and again. The ork smiled at the right flashy choppa he had acquired for himself before going to work looting the rest of the bodies here.

Any other good loot?: 84 (Yes, Pick One)
  • [ ] The humies shotgun is still loaded, and after turning out his pockets the boy grabs some extra ammo.
  • [ ] The boy nabs what looks like an oval shaped hunk of metal. For whatever reason, this thing seems very killy to the ork.
  • [ ] After looking over the Nob for any loot, all that can be salvaged (aside from bits and pieces of armor) is a nice big metal helmet with two horns poking out. Now THIS is a hat!
Within a few more minutes the ork reemerged, having taken bits and pieces of both the humies and the Nobs broken armor to make something a bit more proppa orky than a loincloth. The ork boy held his special choppa in both hands as he considered what to do next.

With a flash and a thunderous boom, the ork felt the ground shake as a fireball went up into the air. It was close. Grinning madly, the ork hefted his choppa and began hightailing it in the direction of the explosion. After all, once he got stuck in things should've sorted themselves out.

Normally in underhive warfare, gangs would often use hit and run tactics against their rivals or any interlopers on their territory as they often lacked the numbers and heavy weapons for concentrated assaults. However, in the event they do have both of those they tend to throw themselves forward with confidence and determination. The battlefield the ork stumbled onto was one such encounter.

He appeared from a side ally, crouching down and shuffling forward till he was in cover behind the ruined hull of some transport vehicle. Before him was a fierce battle well underway. On one end, slowly advancing from one ruined pile of rubble to the next was an oversized platoons worth of gangers. Their attempts at covering fire as they advanced were born mostly from experience than anything but the auto and lasguns they wielded allowed their efforts to actually carry a bit more punch. The main thing that caught the boys attention on the humies side was the armored Chimera that was chugging forward mulching the bodies of dead boys under its tracks. Both of its bolters let out its iconic chunky fire as it reduced another group of boys armed with stikk bombs to fine red mist. Emblazoned on the side was a big blue circle, the same shade of blue that the gangers armor was painted.

On the opposite end of the courtyard were several strong points that fired continuously from where they were holed up. Heavy shoota's raked the open ground with heavy amounts of dakka. The biggest knot of defenders was placed in the rubble of a demolished warehouse, above the ad hoc trenches a big horned orkish skull stood proudly as a banner. This fight was devolving fast in the humies favor, unless something changed.

[ ] Sometimes all it takes is the right boy in the right place at the right time to make all the difference. Attack the humies from here, flanking them all kunnin' like, and maybe this will distract them enough for the boys to make a stand!

[ ] Make your way over to the ork side of the courtyard to the banner. Where there are boys there are Nobs, and from there you can aid in the defense. Bosses knows best!

(Kunnin' Trait) Even with their flashy Dakka, the humies main strength is that Chimera that mulches the boys before they can take two steps out of cover. Now, if someone were to accidentally break that flash ride then the mobs taking cover could give these gangers a proppa Orky handshake.

[X] The humies shotgun is still loaded, and after turning out his pockets the boy grabs some extra ammo.

I mean, if we're gonna krump some ganger gits, then we should get a little protection before going after their Chimera!

Our loot options seem to be a shoota, an ??? (explosive of some type?), and a boss helmet so let's go with the middle thing.

So that we can greet the humies nice and proppa.

Holy shot that first roll!!! We got a powah choppa!!!

Now what we need is a good DAKKA and we will be rolling in fights!

As it is, we're going to need to be kunning here and smack both git sides to give them a propa showdown!

Take the explosive, once the melee starts toss it in and charge to get stuck in! If we can loot everything here we can grow a bit bigger, and get some real hard armor and gear from the humies, might not be orks gear but it will do.

If the fight goes well we might be able to claim enough scraps to assemble a karapace, and become an 'ardboy which may or may not allow us to keep our choppa upon joining a mob depending on if a nob decides they want it.

I think that we will use our Power Choppa to make hole in Chimera and then either throw grenade inside, clean them with a shotgun or chopp them to bitz.

Either way I want to loot that Chimera as our personal ride.

you need to pick either the shot gun or the metal, one or the other

That humie really killed a noble by their puny selves? Must have been a good scrap.

Just so we have something the nobs wouldn't want to steal from us

Guessing our power weapon will chop through like it's butter

Also we're still the kids equivalent of an ork I'm not sure the nobs will be super nice to us even if we help them a whole lot
