Your nerves mean you have nerve spasms, and cannot feel anything. Not the wind, the heat, or even the sweat on your skin.
So its very hard to know if you are in pain or not.

I understood that @Magoose , but there are lots of things that we could have lost to be sterile, from damage in our pituitary that would prevent the formation of the FSH hormone, to the physical removal of the entirety or part of our reproductive system.
I wanted to know what was the extent of what we lost there.

I'd, argue it's very important especially since this is still a world where Oratory skill is very important for a journalist.
Indeed... but I said partially (or rather, not a full gland) for a reason. Truth removed a few important cells and nodes inside the Pituitary gland that prevents reproduction not life.
