just as I feared, we pushed too hard too fast, now central and a homonculus are keeping a close eye on us and want to hammer us down.
But it's not all bad. For better or for worse the whole world has their eyes on ishval, and Amestris will be keeping a close eye on it as well waiting for our next paper. Right now Central has to play by the rules, pretending to be a fair and guiding hand which means they can't sway us down immediately. They have to silence us but also make it look as if it was right for them to silence us, else nor people will ask questions.
That paper has both damned and blessed us for our time in ishval.

Here she's just one of the most powerful alchemists currently, body hopping through people to remain young and remaining loyal to Father because he keeps supplying her with fresh bodies.
