You use your link with Lancer to communicate with him, telling him to come back to the church.
After checking out on the girl (who is still asleep) you go back to your study room and wait for your servant to arrive. You collapse upon the church with a sigh, this day wouldn't be considered a good day even without your apparent memory loss and the thing in your left arm.
You look down at it and take off your priest robes, the black veins are still there, occasionally pulsing. You focus your energy and attempt to flush the corruption influence out of your circuits with a surge of mana.
You feel the corruption decreasing, but you can't destroy it's source. But at the very least it can't do anything to you if you leave it weakened like that.
Ability unlocked: Cleanse self
You also feel like the corruption is responding to your will somewhat, but you don't really want to try and control this kind of thing right now, so you ignore it.
Few minutes later Lancer materializes in the room and looks down at you, he raises his eyebrow when he notices your arm but he doesn't comment on that.
"So, you are still alive. I can't say that I was overjoyed at hearing that," He said with his usual flippant tone.
You smile, "You shouldn't say something like that. As master and servant we should be working together to achieve the holy grail'
Lancer rolls his eyes, "As if you care about something like that," After a moment he looks back at you again, this time with a serious expression.
"Tell me, what happened?"
"So, what happened?"
You both say in the same time, you chuckle at that. "It seems like I might have a short term memory loss, please tell me of what happened since yesterday"
He looks surprised again, but he complies, "Well, it was just a normal day, scouting and not doing anything to win the war," He looked slightly upset by that, not that you care. "But apparently you got some new information from somewhere, you contacted the other participants and said that due to 'endangering the secrecy of this war' they had to kill caster".
You have no idea what exactly Caster did that made you want her dead (although the zombies might be a big clue in that investigation), but you already knew what the prize was for dealing with her.
"You promised a command seal for whoever manages to kill her, after that we went to Miyama because you didn't want to leave it to the rest of the masters," Lancer continued his story, "I located her in one of the residential districts, but Assassin was with her and didn't let me pass"
You frown, "What about the other servants?"
Lancer shook his head "The only servants who showed up were Archer and Saber, but apparently Archer decided that it was a good time to kill Saber's master. They do didn't much to help"
He shrugged, "Even without the height advantage, that Assassin is quite the fighter. But before I could start fighting him seriously something happened, probably because of caster, and some kind of dark energy has been released in the area"
He stops talking for a moment as he thinks, but eventually he shrugs and talks again, "I don't know what you did at that time, after that nothing very interesting happened except for Assassin running away and many dead people coming out to kill other humans"

Why does Caster has to be the most troublesome servant class? You lean back and think for a moment about your next course of action.
After thinking a bit you order Lancer to scout Miyama and after he leaves you go to the girl you rescued.
Few shakes later and she starts to wake up, she groans as she rises to a sitting position on the bench. You look down at her, nonchalantly holding a bible in your hand right hand.
"I was starting to worry that your body is in a bad state, but if you can make a face like that than I guess that you are handling the blood loss a lot better than I thought," You speak in your usual emotionless manner, you are having quite a bit of fun right now, but showing your mirth would not be appropriate.
"Gah- I feel like I've been run over by a truck," She complains, then she looks at you "How the hell am I alive? I remember being attacked by some monsters and…" It does not look like she enjoys continuing this line of thought.
You cross your hand behind your back, "You could say that god graced you with a second chance, most of the thing that are beyond your understanding can be simply explained by those with faith," You lecture her sagely.
Using her temporary bewilderment you decide to change the subject, "I am Kotomine Kirei, the priest of this church," When you say that she looked quite surprised, "You are Tohsaka's guardian?"
She knows Rin? That's, interesting.
"She told me that you are kind of a creep"
Or infuriating.
"I see," You smile and nod, "Rin has always been a bit disrespectful, I guess I failed at bit in her education. How do you know her?" The girl tries to move around a bit to sit more comfortably but winces in pain.
"Tsk- I'm on the same school she is in, my name is Mitsuduri Ayako," She looks around, "do you have some water? I am not feeling very well"
You bring her a cup of water which she empties in few seconds, she is looking quite tired despite sleeping for an hour.
"Both of us can use some sleep, Mitsuduri Ayako. We can continue to talk tomorrow."
She nods and you help her as she slowly walks towards your study, you let her crush on the sofa while you go to your own personal room.
This has been quite an interesting day…
