It's the abridged version of Rin, she's a little bit crazy and calls Archer Saber all the time despite him telling her that he's an Archer. Later on she calls him "Actually Satan" and I'm not joking. As I said, this will probably be crack.
So yeah, mentioning that this is crack or based on the abridged version might be good to set expectations properly.
Also, I unfortunately didn't find it very funny. It's a bit like reading a DBZ fic that constantly quotes DBZAbridged. It's referring to something actually funny, without the creativity to make fully original jokes. It just leaves you wanting to read/watch the original instead.
Hope the story takes an interesting turn, I would like to enjoy it more and I know you're capable of writing great stuff.
Was there a chapter hidden in there? It's pretty much just a word for word copy of the abridged series, seriously, the only thing that didn't just make me go "Wait, I've seen this before" was the cooking thoughts, and frankly I can't even be certain that didn't happen as well.

Meh, it's probably just a plot setup segment, possibly for a multicross if he gets to wish on the cup. If that's the case, I'm looking forward to SIArcher traversing the multiverse, possibly while being stalked/hunted by abridged!Rin.
SI :...EMIYA... No, ACTUALLY SATAN. I DEMAND A RESUMMON! THIS ISNT THE TSUNDERE I SIGNED UP FOR! CHAAAAAAANGE!
Theyre getting along well though. Good thing that command seal is still intact.
I sincerely hope that Cú Chulainn gets hit straight through the heart with a projected Gae Bolge. His reaction should be priceless, and he should even be weak to it, with E rank luck and minimal magic resistance.
Edit: It could also subvert canon, giving Rin cause to call Archer Lancer.
Edit 2: If Rin starts calling this Archer Actually Satan, then Cú Chullainn could freak at the idea that he is already in hell, based off of this Archer using his Lance.
Edit 3: Oh my. Emiya could actually Rule Breaker Lancer into his own Servant. Considering that his metaknowledge should tell him that Gilgamesh is a threat... Rin is totally going to use that Command Seal to make Saber make Baber into her Servant.
Edit 4: And this is actually the best route, because due to Emiya using Rule Breaker on Rider, Rider tells about Sakura's circumstances, leading to Sakura's rescue by way of every Servant officially in the Holy Grail War, and Gilgamesh being stomped by the combination of Rider's Mystic Eyes of Petrification, Archer's cover fire and hax, Caster castering, and Beserker beserking.

And that is how I won the war, by stealing every servant I could and killing all those still in play. It was the simplest path to victory.
I don't care about Ruler either, if a Ruler decides to try something stupid I'll steal their command seals too! Can't have somebody stealing my stolen resources.
"Ok, what the hell man why are you staring at me like that? It's Kind of creepy, and I'm not into guy's just saying."
I gagged in reflex and Lancer burst out into laughter as I glared at him.
"So." Lancer began as He calmed down twirling his spear. "We gonna do this or what?"
Hmmm... Something to take down lancer...Hmmm, A Blade...
"So you are Lancer?"
"Indeed the one and only! ANd You are."
"This is my servant SABER," Rin answered for me.
"Oho, Saber eh? Then I hope you'll give me a good fight, Saber!" Lancer grinned as he pointed Gaebolg at me at the ready.
Alright, I decided.
Trace On.
Judging the concept of creation
Hypothesizing the basic structure
Duplicating the composition material
Imitating the skill of its making
Sympathizing with the experience of its growth
Reproducing the accumulated years
Excelling every manufacturing process
The Blade formed in my hands as I gripped it.
And took a stance as well spreading my legs apart and lifting the blade to my shoulders height, the blade pointing towards lancer.
Taking a deep breath I down into Unlimited blade works once more as I accessed the skills, techniques and the very essence of the Owner of this blade and let it seep into my body.
In an Essecense, I have temporarily become them.
Archer might not like this but I had no qualms about it.
I breathing evened out as my mind calmed and my gaze sharpened analyzing all of Lancers details.
Lancer was fast.
Very fast so I took the Sword of one of the fastest swordswomen I knew.
Okita Souji.
Lancer was fast certainly. He had A Rank in agility.
50 times a normal humans speed.
1250 KM/h
Or just past the speed of sound.
But Okita was even faster.
And I had taken all that she was and Become her.
Okita had A+ ranked Agility.
A Hundred times a Normal humans speed.
2,500Km per hour.
Or Twice the speed of sound.
The only downside was that lancer had much more stamina than me.
So I had to finish this fast.
With the next breath, I MOVED and the ground beneath me shattered.
Lancer's eyes widened as he spun his staff around and blocked the sword that was striking behind him barely avoiding the sharp blade that nearly took his head off as He jumped back trying to make some space as he glanced warily at me before grinning.
"As expected of a Saber. Damn, that's some crazy speed you have there. So." He pointed the blade at me again. "What's your name? I know it's stupid to ask but that swordsmanship of yours is damn impressive."
I remained silent, my cold eyes glanced towards rin Asking for permission.
"Go ahead, it's not like he can use your name against you anyway."
I nodded slightly and my eyes returned to Lancer.
"Okita Souji, Captain of the First Unit of the Shinsengumi."
I could see Rin's shocked face.
That's not my real identity it's a lie. I saw her calm down again. But that doesn't mean I do not use their technique. In fact, the blade I'm holding right now is Okita's Blade.
So you have mastered this Okita's techniques in the future?
In a way.
Who is Okita anyway?
I'll explain Later.
I turned silent once again turning back to the battle.
I need to Finish this and fast.
With a breath, I moved again utilizing my higher speed to fight against Lancer yet despite this he was still able to hold me back every time he countered me I moved behind him so fast that he barely had time to react before trying to land a blow on his body.
Despite the fact that I was for all purposes Okita in this battle It was still just an imitation.
And Lancer was a Demigod managed to counter nearly every single blow. Truly he was a Student of Scathach.
However, even if it was just an imitation, the skills that I was using were real, and I just needed an opening.
As I pulled back once more after a clash of blades a sound echoed through the field.
The sound of a witness who had manages to see something they were not supposed to see.
"I WANT THAT."
Wait, what the fuck? At a Glance I could see a mop of auburn hair but now was not the time.
"Who's there! Who just compliment us?"
And just like that Lancer had turned towards the sound.
An OPENING!
The opening I had been waiting for I dove further into my imitation.
My breath slowed down.
My eyes locked on to Lancer's heart, where his spiritual core lay..
That was enough for me and took the stance of Hira-Seigan, and then... I moved once more.
"One silent step."
I had closed the distance.
"Two steps infinite"
My blade had reached Lancer.
Lancer immediately turned back and damned if he didn't live up to his reputation he tried to block it.
But Alas he could not.
"Three steps, a sword absolute! Mumyō Sandan-Zuki! "
Within the "first thrust", a "second thrust" and "third thrust" are contained.
Not "almost simultaneously" but horizontal thrusts that are released "exactly at the same time" it was a secret sword technique produced by transcendental finesse and speed.
It was a Technique that could not be blocked.
But if it could not be blocked then what was stopping it?
Nothing.
Gaebolg?
No Gaebolg could not block it.
It was not an absolute defence.
And thus it could not block it.
It was a Thrust that could not be stopped.
And with that thrust was completed as I landed behind Lancer, sheathing the katana back to its sheath with a click.
As I turned around I began to release Okita Souji's essence back to UBW.
Lancer had tried to block Mumyou Sandanzuki.
Something only a perfect defence could block or true magic.
As such it had shattered.
And if all of a Heroic spirits noble phantasms were to break...
"Ah, so this is it...heh..." Lancer spit out blood as his hand touched his bloody chest where the blade had passed through.
Even it Lancer had A-rank Battle Continuation he could not survive the destruction of all of his Noble Phantasms.
Too bad he was summoned with only one.
"Man what shitty luck...." He chuckled. "But it was a good fight, hey Saber!" He turned to me. "We'll go for a drink next time."
I nodded as I watched him fade away into motes of light. It had been a Close one. I was nearly out of Mana myself.
Turns out one of the Reasons Archer doesn't use it is because It consumes Mana like mad.
As Lancer faded I turned to Rin who nodded. "Well, Saber. I have to say, you've done quite well."
"Of course Master."
"Now, take me home!"
I sighed well atleast Shirou wasn't killed.
Speaking of which, I'll have to visit him once Rin falls asleep.
Poor Cu, Protection From Arrows doesn't mean shit against Okita's Stabbity Stab, Crits For Days style, and his battle maniac tendencies are exactly the wrong approach to the unblockable Three-Stage Thrust Threestab.
I don't see why not, after all, Shirou Emiya (Cribbing off of Archer's abilities in the Heaven's feel route) was able to trace Medea's Rule Breaker and use its abilities properly
against Dark Sakura,
and in UBW, Shirou Emiya (Not Archer) was able to copy the skill and physical stats
of friggin Hercules against Gilgamesh.
I do think that the Author is simultaneously overestimating and underestimating Archer's toolset, though. For the overestimation, I think that Archer shouldn't be able to move that fast, after all, his abilities are degraded through the copy process, so it should be A rank agility at best.
On the underestimation, Archer knows Lancer's fighting style almost as well as Lancer himself. This is an advantage that can't be understated, and it is what makes Archer's "fake openings" style work for him, allowing him to keep up with Lancer with C rank agility.
Sorry if it feels like I am nitpicking, but didn't Rin give Archer the cleaning task due to his seemingly uselessness due to 'amnesia' and his sarcasm..... this dude didn't have that attitude and gave a supposedly-valid reason, don't know if Rin would take the risk of offending a heroic spirit carelessly....... but that's just my thoughts.

Abridged Rin is basically "panties-on-head" crazy, and gave "Actually Satan" that task because "Who can say they made Satan clean their house? N-O-B-O-D-Y, That's who!".
Presumably Kirei dropped baby Rin, and is regretting that every day of his life at this point.

While Rule Breaker could be argued as Shirou triggering an ability inherent to the blade itself, Shirou is explicitly shown using Heracles' Nine Lives noble phantasm, which is ingrained into the Axe-sword the Einzbern made for him due to it being a culmination of Heracles' Nine Lives Style, against Blackened Heracles, meaning that this chapter is showing pretty much exactly how UBW's ability works.
As for how fast he was moving? It's pretty evident that he was stacking techniques, namely reinforcement on top of Okita's movement technique, probably while using additional mana for the latter to compensate for any degradation in proficiency, since otherwise there's no way simply wielding a sword and using a single relatively cheap noble phantasm should have drained him that much, inefficient copy or not. He also pretty much acknowledges the issue early on in the chapter with that comment about his and Lancer's relative stamina.
TL:dr? It actually IS how Unlimited Blade Works functions, EMIYA just tends to spend the first part of the Grail War routes jobbing it, presumably due to wanting to either be underestimated by Caster, or angle for a better position to kill Shirou.
Edit: I'm also pretty sure the reason why EMIYA prefers to use the married blades is because they're imprinted with his own technique, meaning that he suffers no skill degradation in using them, giving him a lead of an entire skill rank against the local Shirou(s) until the latter synchronises enough with EMIYA's existence to even the playing field. This, in combination with EMIYA's Servant Physiology, would mean that unless the Shirou he fights has prior practice with said blades, said Shirou would be meat due to insufficient time to close the strength and skill gap enough to prevent EMIYA from killing him outright, since without Shirou meeting said requirements it wouldn't even be a fight.

Iirc, the wielder's skills are ingrained into the weapons. EMIYA not using them may simply be he doesn't want to be moved by someone else's reaction to certain situations. Like, for example, Sasaki always parries attacks and aims for headshots, and it works for him because he's really fast and his movements can't be read. EMIYA using Monohoshizao pretty much has him do the same, except, Monohoshizao, a weak sword, is degraded, the stats he get from it is degraded, the skill to aim headshots immediately after parrying is degraded, and his movements, also degraded, can still be read.
