[X] "I'm pretty sure I didn't say anything to my classmates."
[X] "Talented in two-timing and wanking perhaps, but at least I don't shirk from my duties."
[X] I grin at him "So what? We both know that she'll just jump back up."
[X] Hakunon. 2: Passing through the preliminaries came first. I couldn't let myself simply fade away, not without a fight.
[X] Too bad I wasn't about to be a sheep for the slaughter.
[X] I remembered what happened to the Prologue-character and the player characters in the original game, and I wasn't going to bet my life on a Heroic Spirit appearing in the nick of time of save me.
[X] I'm not about to bet my life on a Class known for always dying at the worst possible time, the worst for their masters that is, but great for the other Masters.
[X] All I could hope that I got a Servant who wouldn't stab me in the back.
[X] Effigy, go for a punch, then follow up with a left kick, followed up by a punch.
[X] Go for the legs, and whatever you do, don't stop until they're destroyed. I issue these commands knowing that I'll have to fight once my effigy crumbles.
[X] I grasp my impromptu weapon, ready for the Foe to come at me. "I'm not going to die without a fight."
[X] I- I'm not going to let this end here!
[X]"I ask you,are you my master?"

Alright, glad to see that you guys are giving the MC a soul, and potential ally in the war.

And one of my favorite Servants.

*Takes a deep breath in* Okay then, you guys want to see what'll happen if Kiyohime does become the MC's Servant? Let me give you the two examples of what'll happen.

At the very least: The MC will have to never address her directly, as to not trigger her Command Seal-eating skill. Kiyohime will try to speak to her "Anchin", only for him to ignore her, and not even speak to her. She'll end up miserable, and the MC will do nothing to fix that, in fear of losing his command seals, which are practically the only things keeping him alive and not deleted.

At most: The MC will use a command seal to make her a puppet, incapable of free will or hearing the MC say any lies. And yes, while stamping out the free will is a horrendous act that our MC would never tolerate, but situations like these call for extreme measures.

SO yeah, you want your FAKE!Dragon-waifu? I'll either make her miserable, or an emotionless robot, take your pick!

Well, at least Jackie's out of the running.

[x]"So this is my Master? Very well!" My Servant declared haughtily, brimming with self-confidence. To think I would be partnered with someone who with their righteous deeds was declared a demon.
Okay, so if you guys want a lot of shenanigans, vote for this one, as she does have the personality for that, but she's actually useful, unlike Kioyhime, and unlike Jackie, she's not shit in this war.

So yeah, the Current Servants that are still viable to get picked are Mordred, Scathach(got a vote on FF.net), Nobunaga and Kiyohime.

Why make her an option then?

I really wonder why you included Kiyohime or Jackie in the options if you'd end up doing horrible stuff to them, honestly.

Why make her an option then?
Like I said, popular demand, but I thought they were joking, and with the other stuff the MC said in the chapter, like Assassins, Casters and Bersrkers being a shit class in the Moon Cell's "war", I thought that they'd wisen up and pick one of the other ones, but apparently, my readers want to make the MC into a soulless monster towards Servants.

So yeah, don't get me wrong, if this were the Fuyuki Grail War, where you losing your command seals doesn't mean immediate execution, I'd be less volatile about Jackie and Kioyhime being picked, but that isn't the case, so traitorous Servants, or Servants that eat Command Seals, which are your proof of being a Master and a Participant of the war, and without those Command Seals, you die.

And it's not like Kiyohime can turn that function off, since it's automatic. So yeah, I have three options in regards to Kiyohime. Either never speak to her, make her unable to hear any lies coming from you, or make her a mindless slave that only responds to orders.

At least The Zog gets my point.

I have two questions:
  1. you can have voters on FF.net?
  2. why would you ever run a quest on FF.net?! do you hate yourself an wish to die a soul death?

I have two questions:
  1. you can have voters on FF.net?
  2. why would you ever run a quest on FF.net?! do you hate yourself an wish to die a soul death?
1: Yeah, people who read my other fanfics.
2: I'm not running a Quest on FF.net, I'm running it here, but I accept votes from both sites, as I have a pretty good amount of followers there.

uhh... I don't think so... there are infinite number of parallel worlds.... and that means infinite number of Zelretch... if one got bored, then how can you say that another won't troll you???
Yet another word of advice. Zelretch is not a troll. He is actually one of the most noble and rightous characters in the Nasuverse, he gave the Tohsaka the blueprints to his gem sword because he saw his innate goodness and he intervened in Strange/Fake to save the world. He is like Jotaro Kujo, a man who doesn't seek out evil, but can't abide his presence.
Yeah, but considering some of his inventions and general rep, he's kinda getting a troll image.

But yeah, I'm not going to use Zelretch to explain away things. Also, yay, one of the more interesting Servant choices got picked. Thanks Zog.
Just because I've already mentioned this: There is only one Zelretch in all likelihood.

One of his titles is "Solo — The One and Only" for a reason. Zog is indeed correct about "not a troll", too.
Yeah, but still ANY lies towards Kiyohime, even the smallest of them will result in you losing a Command Seal. I mean sure, Super!Kiyohime will probably wreck house, but let's be honest, no normal human being can go on for what, 7-8 weeks without telling even the smallest lie.

So yeah, it's kinda like dealing with Gilgamesh, except that you can reason with Gilgamesh, to an extent.
Shadenight123's F/SN fic.
...........................

Your belief in the "options" with Kiyohime says more about you than anyone else, to be frank.

Well then, how would you handle her? Remember that she thinks that you're someone else, and will eat Command Seal, which you have only 3, every time you lie.

Words cannot describe how bad an idea that is. :jackiechan:
What can I say, I asked them to send a few Servant Ideas, and it would've felt wrong not to count their votes as well.

I certainly wouldn't assume "LIE TO THE TRUTH ITSELF" would be a trustworthy source of human ability to be honest, for one?

Let alone a trustworthy source of information to be mashing into any prospective protag's head alongside canon?

Like, I'm immediately put out now that I'm aware.

Obviously I'm still on the Mordred train, but some things need to be said regardless.

Okay, but why did they chose those Servants? Did they know the lore? Were they trying to make a balanced quest? Or did they just suggest them based on how fanservicey they were? If you knew that these decisions were bad and would negatively effect your quest why did you add them? You've given us completely loaded dice and you seem to know that given your prior posts and on top of that the people who joined the quest had no idea that the end result would be influenced by another site. Can you see the fallacies of your logic here?

Okay, fair point, but the MC doesn't take much from Shadenight123's fanfic, only the info on certain Servants.

Honestly, I'm not sure how many of them knew the lore, but those few that did know the lore also suggested them, and to be honest, I also added them in because sometimes, the Grail does end up handing out shitty Servants, but sometimes, great Servants are also handed out, so it was partly to balance things out.

But yes, I can see where I erred, and whoo boy is the regret strong. But, when I replied to their comments, I made it explicitly clear that the end result would be put on, and influenced mostly by people on a different site.

Alright, so I did some number-crunching, and well, out of all the different choices on the first, chapter, there's only one singular point where we have a tie.

So, I'm going to have to ask those of us who haven't answered this question to answer it, and then I'll be able to get on with making the next chapter.

[] I- I'm not going to let this end here!
[] Dammit all to hell! I'M NOT GOING TO LET IT END HERE!

BTW, Mordred has pretty much won the poll, she's in the lead with 4 votes, so unless we get 4 votes for either Scathach, Kiyohime or Nobunaga, which I highly doubt, Alby's Servant will be Mordred. And yes, I counted and the name "Alby" won.

EDIT: Also, thinking about it, once I finish this route, I am willing to do Routes with the other Servants, and the Servant of each route will be decided by voting.

I have no idea who actually won for the servant vote. Got too confused. Anyways.

Hot blooded to the end.
