Not very dramatic I assume? Shirou never gets to meet or interact with Ilya much in the UBW route, so we'd probably get a passing observation that Clara looks similar to Ilya I think. Unless the QM decides to mash Shirou's trauma button and have him be ambushed by the two of them while surrounded by mist XD.

I wonder what kind of Boons HSR Shirou would develop? If Archery wins, we may develop an observation-based perk or a perk based on attacking from a distance.
I mean, it's unlikely. Each version will have their own variations of the starting equipment goal based on different sections.(v1 gets Archetypes, v2 get's Form Modification, v3 will get Combat Specialty, etc etc.) But also, he out of anyone has the best chance to get that in a normal fashion considering where he now works, no dimensional interference necessary.
