Well I was kinda hoping for southern gentry coming out the vault and turning up their noses at the dirty wasteland peasants and then preceding to conquer them like they're Indians and it's the old West come again

However you want? Since it's Fallout you can always play to some of the cultural stereotypes of Texans: cowboys, everything is bigger in texas, texicans, guns, oil (or more accurately, the lack of oil now), etc.
