Prologue Mini Turn: 2
[X] Reason with him, He may be trying to kill you but he might still believe you.
-[x] "MacDonald, if I were a traitor, I'd have shot you already!"
Peeking over the desk, you instantly realize how dumb an idea that was when a laser nearly blasts your neck. Causing you to fall over giving MacDonald time to reload once more.
You take this opportunity to try and reason with him. " MacDonald, If I were a traitor I'd have shot you already! Stand down!"

When You stop hearing the sounds of laser fire you continue " I Can prove to you the Arnold tried to kill me, You just need to let me get up, okay. "

After picking up the fallen Desk chair and accessing the Mainframes scanners you are able to find a video record kept on the system. Seems like it saved your failed attempt and deemed it a case of workers misusing the scanning equipment. which explains why the sentry bot was sent out even when the Panic button seemed to be broken beyond repair. Stepping aside you show the scan to MacDonald.
"Oh god.........God Dammit Ben. You always were to ambitious for your own good" He says in a whisper before turning towards you.
"Hunter Joenhiem I apologize for my rash decision and endangerment off the mission. I accept any punishment you deem fit." He says with a bow.
roll: [ 1d100 = 63 ]
You place a hand on his shoulder and say " I won;t punish you for losing you cool over a dead friend this time. But I expect better from a Paladin under my command, is that understood."
He looks up to you and says " Yes Sir. Shall I gather the men and explain to them the news of......of Paladin Arnold's Death?"
"Yes, it may be hard for them to hear but they deserve to know what happened." With that order, MacDonald Walks out off the room. Taking one last took at the Pile of Goo that was your Second in command. It occurs to you that you should report to the Elders and Inform them of Your missions completion.
As you set up a ham radio to the Brotherhood frequency you call:
[ ] Elder Elijah (McNamara). After start of the NCR-Brotherhood war your team was sent west to secure this facility for the brotherhood. After hear of heavy losses back west the last Elder you came into contact with was leader of the Mojave Brotherhood. (Start at 2281)
Dick Move Bro ( That's what I named It and I'm sticking with it.): You are basically hated by every major group in the west, and your only hope for victory is to find any other chapters of the brotherhood sent to the east to launch a counter offensive on the NCR, or somehow manage peace talks with them that Don;t involve the firing squads. ( Hard Difficulty roll to allow recruiting outsiders{)
[ ] High Elder Maxson II : 2135 start. It has been many years since the Great War bathed the land In Nuclear fire, And High Elder Maxson has Died of Cancer. His Son who has dubbed himself Maxson II after the death of his father now leads the brotherhood and believes it is worth the risk sending out a team to secure Power armor for the brotherhood.
DMB: You are the first team the ever sent this far east by the Brotherhood. You don't know whats out there and no one knows you. the whole recruit outsiders things is still being debated.( Medium difficulty roll to allow recruiting outsiders.}
[ ] Elder Lyons: 2260 start. You were sent by Lyons from DC hoping this factory would let the chapter stop using the older T-45b and allow most members to use the T-51b to deal with the super mutant threat.
DMB: Most people seem indifferent to you out here. You have done some good by unintentionally clearing out a few raider bases, but most don't seem to care. Also the NCR Hates your guts.(Low Difficulty roll to allow recruiting outsiders)
