-[] AlviCorp Community Development Program (Baton Rouge)
--[] 3 [Wilbur], 1 [Education] (0/150 ---> 226/150)
MISCHIEF (6 dice: +2)
-[] Atomiplants Attack!
--[] 1 [Genetics] (140/150 ---> 192/150)
-[] HYPNO!¡!
--[] New Alexandria: 3 [Mischief] (0/150 ---> 156/150)
--[] Baton Rouge: 3 [Mischief] (0/150 ---> 156/150)
-[] Wright Botany GigaGardener Kits
--[] 3 [Edgar], 1 [Prototype], 1 [Chems] (0/250 ---> 266/250)

Ok finished my plan, used part of Chellewalker's plan for the Mandate and while this plan dosen't start our Evil Base,
I find that HYPNO benefits are far too useful to pass up, Plant Attack is a dice roll away from completion, and Wright's Garden Kit fits perfectly with Edgar's Abilitys, plus it's benefits would go a long way in helping us in later [Mischief]

Why is everyone using Police surplus in their plans, when we have the K-9 Unit, which gives us the same thing only cheaper.
We need 200 Progress for Police surplus, while only needing 39 for the K-9 Unit

Local DoP K-9 Unit [Combat, Personnel, Ecology]: A K-9 unit placed in a community primed to survive would likely be useful for a multitude of reasons post-bomb drop. It was, comparatively, one of the less harmful ways you could improve general security, but less isn't none, and it was very likely they'd wind up being used to assist local security forces in the community. 211/150/250, SELECT COMMUNITY. Increase Police Militarization and Wrath on second phase. Increase Mans Best Friend on first phase. Cost 1 Funding.

Against

Police Surplus [Combat, Charity]: Local PD was less militarized than those in New York or Washington DC: that needed to be fixed immediately by assisting them in purchasing used military equipment, which would be costly. 0/200/400/600, SELECT COMMUNITY. Police Militarization stat increases. Each phase costs 1 Funding to complete. ++WRATH

People are worried that if they don't start militarize Baton Rouge they may miss the opportunity in the future even if part of Knighfall call for Pinkertons to suscefully penetrate the community somewhat so we have more the then two turns to act, nothing to worry about overral.

We have to increase police militarisation in one place for the mandate and also increase it in Baton Rouge for Knightfall.
It's a waste of dice and funding to do it twice.

Actually, thats a very good point. We could probably slowwalk giving the Police in BR guns and finish dogs. Might free up an agent dice for weird! Tags

The problem I think is that we may fall the mandate if we do Police Surplus at this exact moment if roll a bad dice since it need 200 while K9 just require 39 to finish.

"Life isn't a damn comic book," You responded acidly. "As much as people all seem to have become cartoons since the war started, this is still real life, filled with real monsters produced by a real and fucking crushing system. Of fucking course the carcasses its produces and forces me to look at every day are HEAVY. Any more questions or are you satisfied that I'm not a psychopath?"
I just got around to reading the update and, god, yeah. Fuck.

Not actually: note that you need a level of police militarization to do dissolve the police, so even if its not optimal, having it in two different communities means you'll be able to hit both with a dissolve- and subsequently increase workers of louisiana faction penetration in both cities.

For my plan, it an old idea that apparently got traction in the Discord.

For the other Plan, it's a difference of do you want to Melt dogs or people.

I am sure bird wont actually have us melt dogs. That would push Eddie into Next level of evil.

I mean it'd be unpleasant and obviously problematic for a dozen reasons but killing animals is only evil in specific contexts and the context as far as dissolve the police goes is going to be "these animals are trying to violently tear edgars throat out or being set on protestors while the police are shooting at him".

Edgar likes animals, but he doesn't value them more than his own life.

Just to be clear here but the K9 from new Orlenas just need 39 to finish thus is a just a shoe away from complete the mandate.

Bit overkill using three dices but consider how bad the rolls we are having it's a usual concern, also we need 90 to finish the weather station so there's a possibility we will not be able to finish it.

Also we can have a new subordinate by Hiring Muscle thus another dice to throw around.

We need the bugs as icky as it is for the sake of the greater good chain. And it's one of those things that likely will get pushed to the back burner forever if we don't do it now.

and auditing and tax all government agencies that provided useful services. For some reason, this had earned him an extreme round of applause. You had initially thought it was a joke- until you received a letter from the New Orleans Revenue Service.
"Mayor Stripe, as you can see from this self-incriminating evidence i've gathered, the entire Team America Louisiana division is actually a front for the supervillain group RADICAL, so we do not fall under "agencies that provide useful services.""
"I would say that an anti-government government agency is extremely useful. Pay up."
"No."

"We're pleased to announce we've reached a compromise with the civic government! Team America Louisiana, and its armed terrorist wing devoted to overthrowing the US government--questions come at the end of the meeting, Skulder--will continue their usual operations, with a few minor changes. Please welcome...*sigh*...please welcome RADICAL's new official leader, the Devil-Mayor!"

Again, what is the point of doing this before the ACME Catalog despite it not giving immediate mechanical benefits? With the catalog not only do we get immediate benefits to construction but also negate the malus we just got to that.

Again, what is the point? Because that honestly feels extremely wasteful and not really seeing a good point as to why the DMP should be done first and why it can't wait?

Also Hired Muscle has a subordinate that can be used in logistics projects so it can grant another dice in the project.

Also ACME Catalogue has a +2 rolls to all projects with the construction tag. I say that's a hefty of a advantage to have.
