Something about Waking up, Immediately going "oh wait this shit ain't right" and then going "Well...Ok so what's up actually this all seems neat" is kinda neat to me.

Compassion as the major virtue would serve well in keeping the Arbiter on the straight and narrow while courage ensures that they never let themselves back down from those who'd hurt.
I'm most interested in After Shocks though I admit Intrigue also sounds interesting in that it will provide an SL that we know will always stick together with Arbiter, and vice versa.
Could see a fun dynamic.
