Eros aims to kill (A Otome Game Quest)

[X] Go on and take a look at who is it
-[X] Sigurd and you aren't close, but even you know how saddened he is by his mother's death, maybe a late-night adventure could cheer him up?

So we quite possibly are a primitive magic user, or a black magic variant. Interesting. I'm having a hell of a time with this.
"what do you mean Elias doesn't want to go on a midnight adventure, doesn't he feel better yet?"
"You'll never get any healthier laying in bed all the time. Exercise is good for you. If the difference in temperature is the problem, I can always get some cold water for your bedsheets."

Waking up I didn't expect to see Sigurd on the lead. I guess it's the cheering up part that drew everyone in?

Anyway any questions? Since it's more or less the first important vote of this Arc I will let it open for more days.

Klaus needs his sleep because he is a try hard, Alphonse will be doing it to be nice and probably gets up early to garden, which means less time to catch up on sleep later, and Elias is sick, why give up the opportunity to have an interesting social.

Do we suck at stealth?

Does Sigurd suck at stealth?

Would it be easier to make a wand than ask for one?

Who are the local bigshot noble family in the area?

Does Klaus have any friends or is he to busy try harding?

Stealth isn't going to be the problem here, it's like 1-2 AM, so most of the servants are sleeping and patroling outside the manor. The magical alarm/protection wont trigger just because you are walking around at night. If you tried to go outside it would be a different story.

Let me say this, there are people specialized in making wands so yes it would be easier to ask for one. You might not caught it in the Basic of Magic but you can use another focus to spellcast but wands are just easier due to a serie of reasons. Adult/Future Alfonse uses a ring for example.
Who are the local bigshot noble family in the area?
That would be House Auburne, one of the founding Houses of Genodelune and they have a magical sword that has been personaly bestowed by the First King.

He has friends, like Miss Elaine (who is also friends with Alfonse but it's currently on vacation) Sigurd - he doubles as best friend and cousin - and Albert Auburne and Sephira Auburne who you will have the chance to meet later. In fact Klaus ironicaly has more friends than Alfonse.

Well yeah, he's the introvert gardener character. His whole stick is preferring to work with plants compared to humans.

Hmm. Pretty solid.

Nice. We can use copying to prep for making clarent.

Got it. Wand now spell cast gauntlets later.

Good. This is usefull information for future nightly escapades.

Well since we have a clear favourite no need to delay the results. Also I will need a 1d2 and 1d100.

You guys are strangely luck today. If you had rolled a bad result I would have to do another roll. To commemorate the quest first critical success would you guys like a hint? You guys can ask anything, as long its not a serious spoiler I will answer.
Edit: Only one question, it can be something from where the Heroine is, Mother is in danger of dying? Mordred magical affinity.
Edit 2: Or I can give a random hint that will be useful in the future.

1d100 here we come
Edit: O SHIT
Gale! You did it! You crit like a champ on a roll during an action that Involved trying to cheer up Sigurd by asking him on an adventure.

I say we find out Mordred's affinity on account of the role to discover it being so high, but Obviously @gale rolled the crit so they should pick.

I am so unsure on what to ask for the question. Maybe something about Mordred's Affinity is the right call. But maybe a question on the nature of our past life it that would allowed.
Umm. Isn't it pretty obvious that we are a run of a mill modern teenager who had a run in with truck Kun? I think you'll have to be more specific when it comes to the latter question. Do you want to know about his friends? His name? What he was good at? What his home situation was?

If you can't decide between Magical affinity and Home situation I'd suggest rolling a 1d2 to pick for it.

Though again this is a special exemption one time ooc answer. Might mean more to ask something relevant to our future rather than our past. Up to you.

Fine what is MC's affinity with magics?
So remember when I asked for someone to roll that 1d12? It landed on... Darkness, it means the common Umbrakineses, manipulating someone througth their shadow, short range teleportation using the shadow realm, blending in dark places. And other conceptual stuff like hidding something from sight or magical scrying, there's other fun stuff for you to mess with. Additional hint: With your affinity towards Darkness its better to stay away from the Sol Maiden route, The Ancient Ones can be very insidious.

Its also fitting that it landed on Darkness with I have in mind for this Arc...

Reminder that you still can cast spells that arent of your own element, you just gain bonus dice. However light spells can be troublesome.

Oh. So 1d12 as in, 1 air, 2 fire, 3 water, 4 earth, 5 lightning, 6 light, 7 darkness, 8 black, 9 white, 10 animation, 11 summoning, 12 primitive.

Darkness is interesting. Like useful for an MC that needs an explanation for how he knows something. "I saw it happen, and let them assume he was hiding with his darkness magic."

Its scary how you managed to guess the entire order of the thing, minus the number 12, granted its not that hard when you follow logic. I reserved it for a rare affinity like [????] or [????], [????] or even something like [?????]. I couldnt decide so I if landed on 12 I was going to make a list and roll for it myself.

So, a guy named Mordred is predisposed to Darkness magic. Who could guess?
I actually wanted to ask this a while back but forgot about it - was Mordred one of the characters in the game, and if so, what was his role? I mean, surely his name and element would have been played up in some way for sure - it's pretty cliché, but not in a bad way.
