@Hadrian98
How are you handling the mechanics? The 'armies' system last game was pretty wonky. Hard realism is entirely possible though thanks to the mod giving us statistics.
How are you handling magic? I was trying for some esoteric stuff last game, but it all depends on the system.
I am willing to change my first to the Dread League it's very close, really the only reason I put the Crystal Empire first is because it was on Equestria where most of the action is most likely to take place.

That's understandable, I wasn't expecting Crystal Empire to be a popular choice already. I like the random choice allocation, but yeah it would suck for anyone who are only able to pick 3 nations.
Equestria (because why not)
Olenia (because i have a will to die and muh Mountains)
New mareland ( Because fighting chagelings without having to worry about a invasion is grand)
I assume you're talking about the one zebra and one deer nation. I decided not to let them be playable for this game cause they're going to be updated to way more interesting nations in the future.
So i have a question
1: IF your nation dies will it become like in hoi 4 where you get a goverment in exile or do you get to pick Another nation or do you just die?

If your nation does capitulate, you can have the option of being a government in exile to a friendly country like Queen Velvet from Olenia in Equestria at the start of the game. Or if you don't want to wait around, you can swap to an other playable nation.

Oh yeah, you can do that as well. I think the Changelings have a bunch of cool options like that in the latest Pax Chrysalia Redux, with the Manehatten Protectorate.
I mean if asume its like normal hoi 4 where you kinda do your own thing internaly but doing anything your over lord demands aswell as not doing international things

I've never done something like this before, but I'd love to give it a shot!
The Griffonian Empire and the Griffonian Emperor are one and the same. That is to say they are both frail and grow weaker by the day.
The legacy of Grover of Griffonstone lies in pieces, shattered upon the stones of reality. Once, the Empire's awesome wingspan stretched from Vedina in the north to the sweltering shores of the Burning Sea in the south. None dared oppose the Emperor, and those who did met his blade.
But that was the past.
Now, only the Heartlands remain loyal to Griffenheim, and even then several of the Empire's vassals pay little to no fealty to the Crown. The Rebellion of 978 sounded the Empire's death knell among the far-reaching chaos and brutality. It rings to this day, heard by every noble, soldier, and peasant. Grover V, barely a survivor of the Rebellion and perpetually sickly, is dying. No one knows when Boreas (or Maar) will come for him, but He will. And when He does it will be up to not his underage son to rule, but a regency council, much like the Empire before the Rebellion. The Empire—and the balance of power in Griffonia—teeters on a knife's edge, dangerously close to falling out of Griffenheim's favour. Only time will tell if the sick bird will finally succumb to its ills.

(This is the highest quality image of Aquileia's flag I could find.)
The Kingdom of Aquileia is the bastard child of pride and incompetence.
Long a humiliated and enslaved vassal of the Empire, Aquileia declared independence not once, but twice over the course of Griffonia's tumultuous history. The second time, it worked. Despite the animosity between Aquileia and her former Herzlandisch master, the two share more in common than they might think. Both suffered a catastrophic defeat at the hands of revolutionaries: the Empire in 978 and Aquileia in 980. Both ruling royal dynasties were rescued not by forces loyal to them, but forces loyal to reaction. In the Empire this was the nobility, who assembled their forces and ejected the Republicans from Griffenheim in 979 to secure their own power; in Aquileia it was Maréchal Albert Berthelot who assembled forces "loyal" to King Discret and ousted the Republican Théodore Vérany and his supporters. Discret then united with Berthelot and the fellow reactionary forces of capital to launch the Reign of Terror, which sent Vérany into exile.
But idea never die; they can never die, not as long as there are griffons to think them. As the Discret family continues to plunge the nation into poverty with their ludicrous policies and disregard to the commoner's wellbeing, murmurs of a Second Revolution have been spreading in both the halls of power and the fields of the peasantry. It is obvious that a revolution is not inevitable, but a confrontation is. As Vérany assembles his anti-monarchist allies into a shaky coalition and Discret scrambles to mobilize whatever forces still loyal to the monarchy, only one thing is true in the land of Aquileia.

Positioned between the great powers of the Griffonian continent, those who rule Greifwald have long since mastered the art of playing both sides against one another. It is necessary to the breakaway county's survival. But while the ruling class spend their time devising ways to prevent an invasion from the north and south, the rest of Greifwald suffer in abject poverty. Greifwald's armies are obsolete, and her industries are few and weak. To this call of suffering, an idealistic group of revolutionaries have answered, promising freedom, industrialization, and education for the masses. Theirs is a siren song, one that has ensared many. But there are other forces behind the scenes working against the current government, ones with far more sinister yet grandiose intentions...
This is pretty amazing! The type of quality I want to see from State of the Nation posts. I assume the three nations you put forward for yourself are the Griffonian Empire, the Kingdom of Aquilea, and the County of Greifwald?
