The number in parentheses is the current cap. This reflects your human form. Battle Form will have different numbers. You can expect to have a pretty hard cap on cognition but much more loose ones for strength, agility, and constitution due to the nature of your power.

Kassandra's six attributes are: Strength, Agility, Constitution, Cognition, Will, and Essence. Of these Essence is currently locked.

Strength governs purely physical strength. How much can Kassandra lift, how strong is her punch and so on.

Agility governs speed and reflexes. How quick can Kassandra move from point A to point B? Will she be able to react to a bullet? A light speed attack?

Constitution governs Kassandra's level of stamina and durability. How long can she fight? How difficult is she to hurt?

Cognition governs Kassandra's learning, problem solving ability, and awareness. How successful is she in trying to learn something new? Deciphering puzzles? Discovering hints, traps and hidden objects?

Will governs Kassandra's mental fortitude. How capable is Kassandra of enduring setbacks, throwing off charm effects, and how much she can control her Battle Form.

Essence I will expound upon when it is unlocked.

XP is the primary way within which you improve. This is given for the completion of a story arc, through training montages, as rewards for omakes and fan art and so on.

For stats every increase in the tens digit place is a bump up in tiers. 5 is an average adult. 10 would be peak athlete breaking into superhuman territory. I have short blurbs below each stat that will give you an idea of what you can do.

XP is used to buy new levels of a given stat until you hit a cap. Improving your stats within a given tier is the same cost for each point. There is a tier purchase fee to get to the next one i.e going from 9 to 10 or 19 to 20 in a stat which is 10x the cost of each point increase. The chart below outlines everything.

Tier XP Cost per Point XP Cost to Promote Tier Points Covered in Tier
  10 100 0-9
1 20 200 10-19
2 40 400 20-29
3 60 600 30-39
4 80 800 40-49
5 160 1600 50-59
6 240 2400 60-69
7 320 3200 70-79

Next we have skills. You currently don't have any yet but this would encompass stuff like martial arts, stealth, meditation, first aid, archaeology, treasure hunting, etc. These can be great boons. For instance if Kassandra is evenly matched strength and agility wise, training in martial arts could tip the scales in her favor while greater mastery could lead her to contend against an otherwise dominant foe and preserve her life.

These go from Beginner -> Adept -> Professional -> Veteran -> Master -> Grandmaster -> Pinnacle -> Mythic. Cost to reach the next level are 50 -> 100 -> 200 -> 400 -> 800 -> 1600 -> 2400.

Lastly our Achievement Point System which will be called Essence Points from here on out. These are far rarer than XP and will be awarded typically at the end of arcs for significant accomplishments. These points are spent to directly improve your powers. I'll reveal more on this when Essence unlocks.
