[X] I wish I had the same powers you have, magnified 10 times so I can give any woman between the ages of 8 and 45 the same opportunity you gave me and also the ability to rewrite contracts with magical girls that already exist, being able to change their powers or even give them additional powers so they can help me make this world better.

I hope this wish will allow her to grant wishes to any woman, allowing us to see Hitomi or even Madoka, Sayaka and Hitomi's mothers become magical girls and also be able to improve existing magical girl contracts, because I had an idea to 2 improvements that Homura could have that would make her one of the most powerful in the world.

It just seems specific in-character I mean. Like, what kind of small child would be that articulate?

I'm not against the motive but the execution is very specific about what it wants. Besides, re-writing contracts probably is in the realm of grief stuff.

The power of energy conversion would allow us to get rid of the problem of grief seeds entirely, as well as to allow us to help any magical girl high on grief/low on grief seeds, and would give us a nice broken ability for a low karmic potential.
