I would just like to point out that more countries than just USA have an eagle on their flag.

Like Poland for example, has a white crowned eagle on the flag.

And the eagle in the picture in the OP? That's a completely white eagle.

You are nearing half-caw. At full caw, you will unlock the EAGLE SHOP. This allow you to stock your granaries and upgrade your storehouse to Tier III. Once the eagle shop has been unlocked you will also be able to access certain political decisions for eagle-kind, and organize your own eagle-tribe.
