As you moved quickly down the halls of the tower of baradur you thought you heard something from your new "masters" room and went to check it out. Of course it wasn't that easy as the door was locked when you tried to open it but the thing is that the commotion was just getting louder as if someone was completely freaking out.
So in all of your greatness you used a side passage and went into a small vent. At the other end you saw Sauron without his armor on in his less intimidating form and what you saw shocked you to your core. Sauron the lord of the rings, destructor of numenor, and successor of morgoth was running around his room like a headless chicken with a broom and rag cleaning up every speck of dust while at the same time using magic to arrange everything to perfection. He talked a little different to.
"My god those filthy orcs touching my precious order with there filthy hands they even touched you my most prized position." As he said that he pulled out a bobble head version of morgoth.
Well that happened.

this could work...but the idea of sauron being a girl? That makes so much damn sense if you look at "his" history...also wearing heavy armor because its useful and doesn't get you killed? sensible!
Also being annatar the gift giver? who wouldn't want to take a gift from a lovely elf lady who is giving out free rings of power?
also were a guy dragon right? because if so...things will get weird...then again were speaking on spiritual beings so crazier shit has happened.

Part of me wants to stay and go along with the sauron stuff, the other part does not want to die to the hero or villian.
Though I hope we do get along with our master, if we go this path. (anime sauron girl hugging our snout is evilly cute).
In the movies and shows (not the books), the dragons are wyvern-like. I am either curious about ourself, or am fine with it being vague.

We could let Sauron think they are in charge, when secretly, we are! We get the easy job flying our "master" around while they believe they are controlling our armies.
(I mean like how cats "know" they are the ones in charge, commanding the giant beast of burden to get them food with a single call.)
But seriously, I do not know how we'd command orcs. (but me being proven wrong on this is fine.)

Let's hope we aren't like that because in shadow of Mordor or shadow of war they are wimps, let's hope we are the type of dragon that grows to be the size of a mountain, or we can pick what kind of evolution path we are on,
Edit: Or we can be like Smaug I mean Smaug is a dragon and those fucking dwarfs wouldn't have won if it weren't for the missing scale

You wont be a wyvern type think of a more drogon type dragon just a lot bigger

It feels like your talking about game of thrones in technicality there are no dragons only wyverns and Drogon is a wyvern

You won't be a wyvern think of them as a sub-species of dragon in my quest you are a full blooded dragon just with the consciousness of a human man.

This is a time skip of your first year of life

After that first night you spent the first month getting used to your new and improved body. Of course the mere fact your now in lord of the rings and a dragon is making you freak out. Though from a little looking you did find thankfully you were male. Though Sauron was a lot more gentle with you than you thought he could be. You were fed every day for that first month with lots of meats that had you growing extremely quickly leaving your new born self behind and growing to the size of a lawn chair.
Of course after that point it wasn't so fun as every day your new "master" had you constantly doing the dragon equivalent of training. Constantly trying to improve your speed strength and flight ability's. Though the first time training wasn't what you would call a fun experience as one day after spending a good few hours of trying to breath fire you were completely and utterly wrecked. Then one of the orcs came into your room and started yelling at you to get up as the master wanted him t the top of the tower.(You can see were this is going) Once you finally got up and moved to the top you found him in his armor like always.
Once you got comfortable and got ready to listen he turned to you grabbed your body with one arm and through you from the tower all the while telling you it was time to learn to fly. Of course you were freaking the fuck out as you were falling from 100 stories in the air with the jagged cliff face of the mountain below. so with all your might you Started flapping your wings an doing everything in your power to stay in the air. then it clicked and with a surge of power you flapped your wings with a powerful clap and started hovering. Of course this wasn't pure muscle strength but primal magic filling your body on instinct alone keeping you from dying.
After that you flew back up to the top of the tower and glared at Sauron like you were going to kill him of course you couldn't so you just elected to growl at him instead before landing at making your way back to your room. OF course he then called out to you saying good job and that you were coming along nicely. Anyways after that you eventually found out how to breath fire a good three months in of course it wasn't very powerful and could only roast a few orks before giving out and even then they were only outwardly scarred.
By six months in you were the size of a lion with a greater ability of flight and a decent mastery of your flames. Enough at least that you could turn any ork that came at you into ash though you did have a limit before you were exhausted. As for you natural magic you had pretty much no control over it with only enough to supply you flames and flight. By month 10 you found at that talion was around which joy for you meant you might meet the man to defeat Sauron in a one on one fight and bring Mordor to it's knees by him self. Joy. Though thankfully he had only just started to show on Sauron radar with his killing of the hammer.
After 12 months in this new world you were at an impasse as you were big enough to go out on your own and ditch Sauron as you were as big as the wyverns in shadow of war and just as deadly if not more so, But you could also stay and watch what happens from Mordor's point of view. either way you would be threatened by somebody but the choice was up to you.
