Honestly, If Jho is really that set on being a metallic colour (Which I've personally always seen as being a 6th ranger thing, but whatevs), You could probably be black or purple.Yeesh, alright, been a while since I checked this thread, any colors left?

Right, since I'm Red I'm calling Dragon, as it's sort of fitting.
Dragon sort of has to go to either the team leader or the 6th ranger, it's too big not to, and it would be a crime to do a mythical creatures season and not have a Dragon.

RWBY weapons at least have some semblance of sense to them in how they transform though. I'm trying to think of a way to turn "single long thin sharp thing" into "two small articulated blunt things" and it's just not computing.
I'm confused to how we're magic and you're stuck on this. Take out the sword, it turns into green energy, green energy coats fists....

So, question.
It's says that athletics is our overall physical ability, and that it can incorporate things like physical strength and agility, so, like, does this help at all with attack or defense?
Cause, I mean, it feels really dumb to say that being in shape, being stronger and faster, does not help you more effectively attack people and avoid being attacked, but a strict following of the rules seems to imply that.
So, um, what does it do? Is it strictly avoiding obstacles and moving about?
If you aren't going to have it help attack and defense automatically ... could we maybe house rule an edge that might make sense?
Maybe something like Athletic Attack and/or Defender, that allows you to use athletics to affect actions involving those stats. I realize that we aren't using dice, but just to give an idea of what I'm talking about, maybe something like this
"(Defense or Attack + Athletics) divided by 2" is used in place of Defense or Attack rolls.

Desired Color: Orange
Background: Hanna is an, well, she wouldn't say elderly, but she definitely isn't a fresh young adult anymore.
Having raised a son and daughter, single-handedly, bless her husband's soul, who have both gone off to living rather happy, healthy lives(her daughter even has a wife and kid), and so she's mostly content on that front.
And though she isn't retiring, she was definitely found to be a rather useful asset. Sure, there are plenty of people in her profession, but very few have the same amount of experience as her...
Description: A woman in her early 40s, looks more in her early 30s(and you bet she's thankful), still fit as a fiddle, but not as spry as all these kids around her. Likes wearing sweater as well as long, billowy skirts. Call her old fashioned, but hey. Comfortable.
She's a practical, and stern woman, though at the same time kind and caring. Was surprised she was chosen for this PANGAEA project, but hey, it's not like life was getting any exciting. Better take the chance, at least she's have something to do.
ATTRIBUTES: (15 points to divide among)
Attack: 4
Defense: 4
Brains: 3
Athleticism: 1
Spirit: 3

Well, she has been a Mom. It's obvious that she know a lot on it.
Means she'll also be a bit of a mother hen to the "kids" in her little team.
Profession: Head Nurse. Well, she's been working in a hospital, was one of the few high paying jobs, especially after her husband passed...
And she knows a thing or two about treating injuries, and illness. Also why she's been brought in for the project, so hey.

I feel like Red legally cannot be the sole mainly ranged ranger on the team. That's probably against the law.
