As I've said in previous threads on SB... arbitrary nerfing/buffing is shit tier writing. Life and thus stories are inherently unfair. Trying to level the playing field or whatever always always reads forced as hell and is cringe besides.

Maybe in that one scene, in that one movie/ova/episode, Upgrade did this one extraordinary thing.
Doesn't mean you should take it as inviolable gospel.
Because just from this short scene, it already got a taste of "end game" to it. It was already absurdly strong.

Anything about Upgrade being able to repair and improve objects. I tried to find something on the wiki, but there was nothing. Granted, I might not include it in story for a bit, since I want Jury Rigg to tear apart and improve the helicarriers in his own unique way, but making sure my story is accurate is also important.

I also never implied curbstomps are god tier writing. Since physical conflict isn't the only means to achieve conflict in a story.
It shouldn't matter a single shit if so and so character can hand everyone else their ass on a silver platter since punching stuff doesn't solve all problems.
Focus on inner demons/moral conflicts/covert fighting/legal ramifications and thousands of other things instead.
Just because it's easier to create physical conflicts and resolve them in kind doesn't mean it should be the main or only source.
Besides all I'm doing is stating canon facts. The author can very well say it doesn't apply here and that's that.
You can see the repairing at the end of Destroy All Aliens where Azmuth takes uses the Retaliatior Armor to not only fix the large Mana dump Gwen put in the Omnitrix but also the RV that got destroyed.

Depends on how replicatable Upgrade is. Like Diamondhead, Heatblast, and others, he's apparently organic enough to have DNA. Which would make something in between cloning and engineering that would happen.
Yeah, I've been lucky in where I put Dial in the story, since he wouldn't have encountered anything like that, so no mistakes for me to make. No Asgardians, Dark Elves or Chitauri DNA. That said, they're all scannable, considering.

I did say ignorance was fine. I also said disregarding canon is fine. It's why I couldn't care less that HPMoR doesn't hold everything in HP as canon for the story against it, in fact I found the fic to be blissfully original in what happened in story.

The amount of times Barry has shown to utterly fail in letting non speedsters even take a few steps away from him/the crime scene is... just too much cringe.

I couldn't even get past the sheer levels of ewwww just hearing about his numerous fuck ups from word of mouth to even begin to watch it.
It gets even worse if what I heard about each season being a year apart is true.
The only way I could see it as being actually possible is if Barry was secretly getting off on saving people and let the various people who would realistically have utterly zero chance against him do X bad thing just to offer up more scenarios to Hero in.
