The doctor looks through what he can tell. He sees the external bleeding is easiest to stop. He makes up a batch of his quickest working scab inducing formula. This gets gently sprayed over all wounds that haven't been covered yet. This should cause the wounds to scab over, stopping the bleeding. This alone should be enough to finish the bleeding off. If not, hopefully the rest have an idea.
Then, he looks over the pus issues. He quickly surmises that normal puss removal methods may be adverse in their effects on Randy, so he instead pulls out his portal based pus remover. It creates one portal at the top of an enormous container which has been sterilized and turned into a perfect vacuum, and the other end gets put within any available pus filled wounds. This should, once it has completed its cycles, flush most of the pus from his wounds.
Randy's wounds indeed scab over, greatly slowing the bleeding! +1 turn for External Bleeding.
In addition, your portal-based pus pump has almost immediately filled to the brim with pus. Fortunately, you do seem to have cleared much of Randy's breathing and... wait, the pus isn't supposed to be moving. SHI- {CRITICAL CONTAINMENT FAILURE}

1x action: Nothing like a friendly worm monster to fight an enemy worm monster.
So I take a tiny Shai-Hulud and, using the nanobots as a beacon, teleport it into Randy's heart to aid in the fight there.
1x action: I politely ask Thor what he wants from me in return for helping us out a little.
[PG] Symbiote Sandworm summoned!
Thor answers
"I want that Fittetryne who stole my hands chained to a rock, and I want my hands back!"
The norse god in question then goes back to beating up Style&Grace.

[1] look, orderly. you have to trust me, I'm a doctor(notactuallyqualified). If the heart monitor stops, you hit it with a hammer. if you don't have a hammer on you, crowbars or fists work too.
Since this is how you get any machine to keep working, it will keep randy from ever having heart attack.
[1]I legally clear randy of any crimes he may have accidentally comitted in a long court case, removing the 'cardiac arrest' charge. can't arrest him if he's not broken any laws!
The orderly replies "Again, the heart monitor DOESN'T CONTROL THE PATIENT'S HEART! STOP BEING DUMB!"
Inside the Godmodder's heart, the heartworm tentacle monster stops in confusion for a brief moment, then roars in pain as several of its tendrils are ripped out of Randy's cardiac muscles by your invocation of law, allowing his heart to beat more freely. +1 turn gained for Cardiac Arrest. 15 damage to the Heartworm Tentacle Monster.

(x1)I help Origin with his diplomatic endeavours by providing a nice setting for both of them to talk it out with Style also inside the setting
(x1)I analyse the Heartworm via Nanobots and Scanner tech and send the data to the Actual Doctor
Thor immediately takes the opportunity to put Style&Grace in a chokehold with his elbow after jumping over the table.
The Actual Doctor takes one look at the data and literally sweatdrops. They note "At this point I'd normally recommend a heart transplant, but there aren't any compatible donors available, and he wouldn't survive the operation anyway. The general strategy of sending your own critters in to kill the thing seems the most effective option right now."

Action 1: An angelic chorus plays in the background. The door to the room slowly opens, and slowly closes. A man clothed in monastic robes and a cross in his hand walks towards Randy. He shakes his head as he examines the once proud helper of men. The monk holds the cross up in the air and shakes it around. As he does so, he mutters a prayer.
"May we all have faith."
As he states this small prayer, Randy somehow begins to feel hope. He sees the light of Holiness and his heart begins to beat with happiness, furthering him from cardiac arrest.
Action 2: The monk raises up his empty hand and waves to the door. A cardinal enters the room as it sees this command. Now, to clarify, this is not a Cardinal, a holy person. This is a cardinal, a holy bird. The cardinal swoops into the room and begins to peck at the Heartworm Tentacle Monster. It wants the worm.
Your divine magic indeed manages to strengthen Randy's heart, and in an astonishing moment of success actually manages to ever so slightly increase the Godmodder's general health and wellbeing, instead of aiding a specific issue. +0.01 Godmodder HP. +1 turn for Cardiac Arrest. +5 Charge.
[PG] Holy Cardinal summoned! Can attack Entities inside the Godmodder from outside!
1/10 Symbiote
Well fuck. I guess the only way to fix this is to get someone to fight Thor for me.
I call out to a God who I know will be very eager to take down Thor, in this case, Surtur.
Surtur arrives and promptly punches Thor in the face. Unfortunately, since Thor has you in a chokehold at this time, this damn near snaps your neck. Only the fact you weren't carrying any Artifacts means you aren't dead.

1x action: I upgrade the Pus Raver with a second collection apparatus. This one is geared toward mucus. Now it can deal with both component problems simultaneously.
1x action: I upgrade the Nanobots with tiny nanothorn buzzsaws to cut with great proficiency through the enemy Heartworm.
The Pus Raver continues frantic pumping, now able to deal with even more things that shouldn't be where they are! +1 turn for Pus and Mucous.
The Nanobots now have increased attack, which they are applying directly to the Heartworm Tentacle Monster!

[1] I turn all this excess pus into a puss in boots, meaning a cat with shoes. Then I have the cats go find the extremely esoteric sqnfk snake poison, quilkronguisk toad eye, and glgloprinor bat wing, which will surely heal randy, if brewed correctly. once they find it.
[1] I point out the nanobots main disadvantage against the worm is size, and quickly cast "shrinkethiffy" on the worm.
Well, you certainly manage to make a Pus in Boots, but you can't quite make it catty enough for the second S. Either way, the
[PG] Pus in Boots will go searching for the items you have designated!
You shrink the Heartworm Tentacle Monster, causing it to take 50% more damage from all attacks!

Action 1: The holy person walks up to Thor and begins speaking to him.
"Hello Thor, God of Thunder. It is a good omen to be in your presence. Isn't your father God?"
Thor is slightly confused by this question. Yes, his father is Odin, ruler of Asgard. He tells the monk this.
"Is Odin not God?"
Again, Thor finds this slightly difficult to explain that Odin is a god.
"So, he is God?"
Thor can't think of anything better to say than yes.
"Well then, I have read all of your father's teachings, and he would not find your use of force appealing."
Thor begins to argue that his father fought countless Frost Giants in a war across the realms.
"But, do you know why he did that? Do you know why he spent all that time attempting to pacify these Frost Giants?"
Thor starts speaking, stops to think, begins speaking again, stops again, and finally states that it was to bring peace.
"Exactly. God tries to bring peace to all under his influence. Now, do you think he would approve of you creating conflict?"
Thor complains that Style&Grace started it by cutting off his hand.
"But do you know why he cut off your hand?"
Thor is yet again stumped by this.
"It is because he wanted to help save Randy, this poor, helpless soul." The monk points to Randy.
Thor looks at him and starts to feel bad. He begins to question whether his hand is more important than this weak Godmodder.
"How about this? If you help heal Randy, Randy can get you a new hand. How about that?"
Thor can't really argue against getting a new hand. Of course, he could probably think of other ways to get a hand. Then again, helping to heal one person can't be that difficult. Thor agrees to helping Randy and stops attacking Style&Grace.
Action 2: The monk places a halo over Randy's head. It's so pretty. As of right now it's useless, but pretty.
Thor is too busy being in a brawl with Surtur to listen. He flips you off, despite lacking hands.
The halo is indeed pretty.

(x1)I summon the
Eosinophils, white blood cells that attack Parasites like that Heartworm, they would also cause allergic reactions, but for some reason,i don't think enough of them are going to survive to cause that
(x1)I clean up even more Pus and Mucous and disinfect the wounds as well with a Disinfector Spray before sealing the smaller wounds with iodine
You summon the
[PG] Eosinophil Mob!
You manually clean some pus and mucous, which doesn't do much. Sealing Randy's wounds with Iodine bandages also doesn't help much.

The doctor begins working a spell, as he is a white mage by trade, as well as a standard doctor. His spell is quite simple, honestly. It is a smite spell turned into a parasite attack spell. When it is used, it effectively drains the energy from a parasite, and draws it into what it is latched onto. In Randy's case, that is his heart from the worm that is attacking it.
He then begins working on a stabilizer spell. This spell doesn't take too long, and once he performs it, it gives a natural holy essence looking aura to the organs which are struggling against illness. Basically, it bolsters the organ targeted, which is once more the heart, and keeps it going for long enough for healing to take place.
You energy drain the Heartworm Tentacle Monster, causing 50 damage! Strengthening the heart with the energy in question also buys you some more time. +1 turn for Cardiac Arrest.
The stabilizer spell on the other hand fizzles; looking closer you can see it's because the Godmodder's under the effect of a truly nasty Death Curse. It looks like a mix of metaphysical byproducts from all the problems Randy's facing, and a deliberate attack someone did to him some time ago.
2/10 Symbiote
While being beaten up by Thor, I pull a small robotic spider out of my ear. I send it to crawl into Randy's mouth and inspect and fix what's wrong with him.
[PG] Surgical Spiderbot summoned!
Inside Randy's Body
Out of nowhere, a massive number of extremely toxic bacteria start coming up the Godmodder's windpipe. They begin gluing themselves to the walls of the air tube and obstructing Randy's breathing!
The Heartworm Tentacle Monster continues attacking the Nanobots, finally destroying them! It is then immediately savaged by the Symbiote Sandworm, Eosinophil Mob, Surgical Spiderbot, and Holy Cardinal. At the end of the engagement, the Heartworm is barely clinging to life compared to where it started, with only 20 HP remaining!
[AG] Heartworm Tentacle Monster (HP 20/270)(Pulling the Heartstrings 1/2) Shrunken! Receives 50% more damage.
[AG] Respiratory Bacteria (HP 150/150)(Mitosis)
[PG - Karpinsky] Symbiote Sandworm (50 / 50 HP)
[PG - paradoxdragon] Eosiniphil Mob (45/45 HP)
[PG - Style&Grace] Surgical Spiderbot (35/35 HP)
Outside
Randy begins coughing, temporarily dislodging the Pus Raver from his system as he subconsciously tries to clear his airway. Unfortunately, this also releases a cloud of the same bacteria that were obstructing his breathing in the first place! In addition, the Pus Elemental barges into the room, dripping disgusting fluids wherever it passes. Both attack; the Bacterial Cloud going for the Holy Cardinal, while the Pus Elemental lunges for the Pus Raver. Both survive, but only by the barest of margins.
In the background, Thor and Surtur are beating each other up. Thor is doing surprisingly well considering that
someone stole his hands.
Confronted with the Bacterial Cloud, the Actual Doctor immediately dons a gas mask and goes to town with a sprayer full of alcoholic disinfectant, the chemical attack bypassing the incorporeality of the bacteria.
[AG] Pus Elemental (120 / 120 HP)
[AG] Bacterial Cloud (30 / 40 HP) Incorporeal!
[N] Thor (Stats Irrelevant) Fighting Surtur!
[N] Surtur (Stats Irrelevant) Fighting Thor!

[PG - Karpinsky] An Actual Doctor
[PG - JOE] Pus in Boots (25/25 HP) Being Disgusting! Searching for Items!
[PG - O.R.I.G.I.N.] Holy Cardinal (5/30 HP)
Randy is still in critical condition, but he's not quite as bad off as he was.
[GM] Randy: HP 0.02/100 (2/10 External Bleeding)(2/5 Pus and Mucous)(2/7 Cardiac Arrest)(0/3 Obstructed Breathing)(0/4 Death Curse)
