This does look pretty interesting. Is it set in the wider MCU?
Yep, along with an upcoming Power Man, Jessica Jones, and I think Iron Fist. They should also have a team series called Defenders, even though that team isn't the defenders in comics. (Defenders in comics are Hulk, Dr.Strange, Valkyrie, and Namor. Guess how many of those are available, answer: one or too if you argue Sif.)

I'm very excited for this, and Netflix releasing the entire season at once is icing on the cake! :D

Jessica Jones will be Cage's wife sometime in the future (David Tennant playing...eww...Purple Man as her arch enemy). The Hero's for Hire however will be under a different name. Apparently Marvel Execs don't like the mercenary quality that gives them and are now named the Defenders. Even though the actual Defenders are Dr. Strange, Hulk, Namor, Valkyrie, and sometimes Silver Surfer. Oh well, new universe, new rules I guess.

That montage at the end of episode 1was so '80s action movie I grew a mullet on the spot. This show is great. I'm three episodes in and already can't wait for the rest of the shows.

Why did they need three different languages of credits, or is that common for Netflix Originals?

Watching this now.

I have to resist the urge to look up spoilers (despite the fact I've got the entire season at once). Quite a weird situation really, enjoying Vincent though, even if I miss the irreplaceable of Michael Clark Duncan

Watched the first episode and started on the third. Really enjoying this, but goddamn. Just goddamn.

Bowling balls don't jam either

So they pulled a smallville and only had the Daredevil outfit in the last episode and only for less then 10 minutes

I'm not really digging the, shy, neurotic mess of a Kingpin they've got going on so far. I don't want to sound like a comic book purist but, well, comic book purist.

Apart from that, holy shit.

Who else is excited for the other three Netflix marvel shows luke cage, iron fist, and defenders team up show? *raise hand*
